I visited this hotel last night with my husband. We ordered Chicken 65, which was priced around 22–26 SAR, but we received only about 8 fried chicken pieces and they were very small. Considering the price, the quantity was quite disappointing. We also ordered chicken fried rice, but the portion size was very less and the chicken was barely visible—it felt more like egg fried rice than chicken fried rice. Overall, for the price charged, both the quantity and taste were below expectations. The taste was average and not worth the cost.

Overpriced for what you get. The food quality and portion sizes are completely average, but the prices are premium. To make matters worse, taxes are not included in the menu prices, leading to an unwelcome surprise when the bill arrives.

Restaurant is in prime location. One thing we have to keep with us before entering the restaurant, a knife to cut the vegetables. Usually they are serving good food, but due to incompetent staffs, especially from other nationalities who don't know the speciality of eating food in banana leaf. Also, noticed that the both ends of banana leaf are cut to serve food, which is not usual. Fried fish is half fried with a bad smell of oil. Photos attached for reference.

The food is so good and the price is good, I will definitely come back again. The GOAT Sadiq had great service, give a raise.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to your hotel for lunch. My friend and I ordered a fish thali. However, I was served only one small piece of fish, while I clearly noticed that another customer was served two pieces of fish for the same order. When I politely asked the waiter why I was given a smaller portion, my concern was ignored. To make matters worse, one of the waiters started laughing, which felt very disrespectful and unprofessional. This kind of behavior is not acceptable. Customers expect fair service and polite treatment, especially in a reputed hotel. The experience left me embarrassed and dissatisfied. I request you to please look into this matter seriously and ensure that such incidents do not happen again in the future. Proper training on customer service and equal treatment is necessary. I hope you will take appropriate action. Thank you for your time.

Good Indian restaurant. South Indian dishes are specialty. In lunch thali also is available. King fish fry is must try. North Indian food also available. Juices and ice creams are in good variety. Fish dishes are good. On weekends crowed. 15-20 minutes waiting time. Staff is good. Clean & hygiene is maintained.

I had the pleasure of dining at Royal Malabar Restaurant in Jubail, and it was a fantastic experience. The restaurant specializes in Kerala cuisine, and the dishes truly lived up to their reputation. The flavors were authentic and vibrant, with each dish reflecting the rich culinary traditions of Kerala. From aromatic biryanis to delicious curries and traditional snacks, everything was prepared to perfection. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, making it an excellent spot for enjoying great Kerala food. If you're a fan of Kerala cuisine, Royal Malabar is definitely worth a visit.

Went there for dinner. Ordered Butter Chicken, Butter Naan, Garlic Naan and Veg Jalfarezi. Great food and good ambience. The staff is also friendly. The quantity served was also up to the mark. They have a separate entry for the family and also have good spacious sitting arrangements.

Little expensive. Foods are tasty. Very good ambience.

Lip smacking delicious Indian cuisine not only South Indian but also Indian in general. Food is Ideally priced. neat and clean interiors. might be crowdy on weekends 10-15 minutes waiting time

Floor were not clean even when I asked them to clean. I ordered a pothichor (18 SAR) quantity of curry is very low compared to other restaurants. at least they should provide a good quality but even that is also poor. Not satisfied with their overall service. Can't recommend to anyone else.

It’s a good place to have the Kerala food in jubail, which is located near by jubail port Parking space available... food quality is ok. Sea food is good choice there .... coffee and dhum tea were very good ... Dine in and interior is good.... family section is little bit congested during weekends
