Rukn Al Raha Restaurant.

I ordered one chicken snack and received only this, and it didn't even have onion. I thought it was just one, but another one was the same. Your negligence shows that you don't care about customers, and I doubt the quality. I will report this issue to the Health Department.

We recently hosted a birthday party at Rukn al Raha Restaurant, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The arrangements were beautifully done by the staffs especially staff cum our coordinator Mr Nishad -All the staffs were attentive, polite, and very accommodating to all our needs, which made the celebration feel smooth and stress-free. The food was another highlight of the event. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and served on time. Our guests especially loved the starter pasta salad and the main course chicken fried rice. Both were equally impressive. Overall, it was a memorable birthday celebration, thanks to the great ambiance, excellent service, and delicious food. Highly recommended for anyone planning a party or special occasion!

Maqluba was just ok and ambience is good. But one problem we faced is that the sweet balls they give as complimentory was not provided properly. We were 5 and we couldnt share it and we had to order another plate which costs 10dhs. If you provide complimentry please give it sufficiantly otherwise dont give it. Otherwise it was good.

I ordered the Szechuan fried rice from this Restaurant, and the experience was extremely disappointing. As soon as I opened the box, I saw that the rice was completely chopped and mushy, as if it wasn’t freshly made. It was full of oil—so oily that we couldn’t even take one proper bite. It genuinely felt like the rice was cooked in yesterday’s leftover oil. There was no Szechuan flavor at all. No spice, no taste—just oil. For the money we pay, this is not acceptable. Customers expect quality food, not something that looks and tastes like this. Please improve the preparation and respect the value of the customer’s money.

A nice restaurant with a variety of cuisines. There are numerous snack options. I like my kunjipathal very well.

Very Poor Delivery Service : VeryVery Very Poor , and Irresponsible customer service , I have placed an food order for my family (wife and little child) at 11:00 Am and Until 12:45 not been delivered and No Response, in between we called them twice to remind and they were keep on telling food delivery on the way. My Flat is just not even 10 meter away from Rukn Al Raha Restaurant ( see the view from window )

സാധാരണ മട്ട അരിയും രണ്ട് ചിപ്സും ഒരു പഴവും മാത്രം. ഇതിനെ അവർ സദ്യ എന്നാണ് വിളിക്കുന്നത്. 13 AED ഭക്ഷണം ശരാശരി മാത്രമാണ്, പക്ഷേ വില വളരെ കൂടുതലാണ്. ഫിഷ് ഫ്രൈക്ക് അധിക വില — ഫിഷ് ഫ്രൈ തണുത്ത് മരച്ചതായിരുന്നു ഒരു ചെറിയ ഐലയ്ക്ക് 8 AED.

New management, food is getting better. Staffs need some training.

Very bad service..The food was below average but the service was very very bad and also this is the 4th time the items delivered were incorrect..will never be ordering again and will not recommend it to anybody.

Dont buy charcoal/grill from here. Very bad food.not at all good. If we make our own masala, it will taste much more.

Reasonable price with Awsome food. My daughter birthday party here. Around 35 person on capacity small family area. The management also very co operative with client. Especially Mr nishad. He suggested some ideas and make the party was good Parking area avaialble. Variety of kerala dishes Friendly staff Good ambience Washroom facility

These guys know how to cook. Quality and quantity at the same time. Consistency may not be their strong point but you'll get great food 95% of the time and good, above average food 5% of the time. Avg prices esp. when considering what they offer. Service is always good, but sometimes they get overwhelmed due to the crowd. Guaranteed good food. Not exactly spacious but does the job most of the time. Biriyani and Rice meals are their highlights.

I brought one vegetable biriyani. I am not expecting a tastefull vegetable biriyani from anywhere. So, the taste was better than expected. Jeerakashala rice is using for biriyani. Rice was food, masala also good. But the restaurant style is like an olden age. Good service.

Fish polichathu was amazing....and dragon chicken very very tasty.... definitely try this..

Ordered a fried rice and a side and took ages to deliver... like more than one and half hours... still not delivered. Used to be good service but nowadays they dont care much
