Runner's - Al Wahda Mall Abu Dhabi

I had a great experience with [Nabeel], who is a salesman at Runners in Al Wahda Mall. He was very patient, polite, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and helped me choose the perfect pair of shoes without any pressure. His customer service was excellent — friendly, professional, and attentive. I really appreciate his effort and positive attitude. Highly recommended!

I thank the employee Iryn for her efforts in doing the job to the best of her ability with me and with all the customers in the store. She did not let me leave the store unless I was satisfied. I thank her profusely and appreciate her. I always prefer to appreciate the ideal employee and honor them and not forget them and motivate them to do their best. We should not forget the employee Plus, as she has wonderful performance and taste and is one of the distinguished employees at work.

I was so delighted to see the name of this sport's store Runner's wow so cool, I walked in with the intention of purchasing a pair of HOKA running shoes for an upcoming marathon event, the store was empty, there was a staff member sitting and chit chatting at the cash desk on his phone in his native language, I was browsing around trying to figure out a suitable pair for my need for around 5 - 10 minutes waiting till someone come greet and assist me, I had no idea where to start and ended up walking out with a disappointment. Please share accurate information in calls, when I call and enquire about adidas Boston 13, the price you guys told me 475AED, after reach shop you told me the price is 700AED, when customer asking for specific product they are not enquiring for time pass you must understand that, if you share your actual price I will think about it, don’t mislead by sharing fake prices

I found this shop while surfing the Internet looking for the sneakers or walking shoes. Since I have flat feet I decided to give a try to one pair of very nice looking Asics shoes - they got me with their cushion sole. However, after walking only 5km in them I've got such a severe bruises that next day I was unable to put my feet in my weightlifting shoes. I came back to the shop and requested a refund. The team was really nice and took my shoes back (they were in brand new condition btw, like never touched) without any problems. The full amount has been transferred to my account the next day. However, I didn't notice it and in two weeks I asked guys about the refund: where is it. The same guy - Anas Gendi, the same guy taken back those Asics from me - was very patient and explained the whole procedure to me. And he also finally helped me to find "lost refund". I can strongly recommend this shop since they really have a lot of shoes to chose from, as well as have a good team. For my next shoes I will come to this shop.

I had a great experience at Runner’s in Al Wahda Mall, Abu Dhabi. I’m especially thankful to the manager, Anas, for his patience and dedication in helping me find the perfect shoes. I initially bought Vivo Barefoot shoes, but they turned out to be painful on my feet. I had to exchange them multiple times and try different options due to fitting issues. Eventually, I decided to go with another brand. Throughout this process, Anas was incredibly supportive and made the exchanges hassle-free. The rest of the staff was helpful in guiding me to choose the right shoes. While their customer service isn’t perfect, it’s still helpful and stands out!

Unfortunately the lady who assisted us doesn't even know how to smile (she was frowning) very poor customer service. I asked for size 10 and fitted the shoes and I discovered that the size was wrong after fitting, she didn't even bother to tell me that I was fitting the wrong size the entire time. Happened today 14 sep 2024 12:30pm.

Was there in November 2022. Good service. Bought Hoka shoes for walking. Awesome fit. Back in South Africa I have just done about 56km and the outsides of the soles wearing off already, not happy about this?

Very bad experience in alwahda store. They people are not supporting to customers even they don’t no how to deal with costumers, One of area manger (Mr. Hormoz) they really don’t know how to treat customers . (Priyanka) I forward complain to her and I call her she said sent email I sent 15 emails and she haven’t respond on emails . I will never ever recommend Runners store (this is not store this is machliiii manddiiii). 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

I found as recommended store for runners problems and they really have all knowledge that any new or expirenced runner looking for. I have recently started running and after 10 days got issue on shine splint which is common if shoe have issue. They checked my feet type and found flat foot and recommended me Asics GT 2009. Excited to try and see results. I appreciate all explanation by Ms. Christine and she has good knowledge about feet and runners requirements. Wish her best for future as she is an asset for company. No other store near by have knowledge about shoes like they do. So guys if looking for shoes for running must visit runners.

Worst customer service . No one seems to be responding to my return request

I want to inquire about a shoe then I approach 1 sales rep. He didn’t bother to check what I’m asking and he just continue talking with his colleague.

We went there but unfortunately bad customer service,it’s like they dont mind the customers coming to the store.located at al wahda AUH.

Im happy they have on cloud shoes available. but i hope they will have tabby or tamara payments.
