We had a wonderful stay at Rotana Saadiyat and truly enjoyed the whole experience with our kids. The atmosphere was relaxing, family-friendly, and the service throughout the hotel was excellent. At the Italian restaurant “Si,” we chose to sit outside and the setting was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The food was delicious, and a special thank you to Teody, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and provided outstanding service throughout our dinner. He really made our experience even more enjoyable. The kids liked the kids club it was fun and entertaining they enjoyed their cooking class and had artists paint beautiful face painting. When it was our last day, we had gifts prepared ; That was such a thoughtful thing to do.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed by the entire team. Every staff member was kind, professional, attentive, and always smiling. Their warm hospitality made us feel comfortable and valued throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and exceptionally clean. Every area is well maintained, from the rooms to the common spaces, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. The room was spacious, comfortable, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. One of the highlights for our family was how amazing this hotel is for children. It is truly one of the best family-friendly places we have visited. The kids' area is fantastic, with plenty of activities to keep children entertained and happy throughout the day. The staff working with the children were friendly, caring, energetic, and always engaged with the kids, making them feel special and included. Our children had an unforgettable time and were excited every single day. The food was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options for both adults and children. The drinks were equally enjoyable, and every meal was a pleasure. The quality, presentation, and service were consistently outstanding. What made our stay even more special was the positive atmosphere throughout the resort. Everywhere you go, people are smiling, welcoming, and eager to help. It creates a truly relaxing and joyful environment that makes you feel at home. Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so memorable. We left with beautiful memories and cannot wait to return. This hotel is a perfect choice for families, couples, and anyone looking for exceptional service, beautiful surroundings, great food, and an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended! We had the pleasure of staying at Saadiyat Rotana Hotel - from February 3rd to 5th, and our experience was truly memorable. The three-night stay was for a wedding celebration, which was exceptionally well organized. Over the course of the event, five functions were hosted across the beautifully maintained lawns and the elegant ballroom. The food was excellent, the décor impressive, and the hospitality outstanding. A special note of gratitude goes to the staff, particularly Director of Rooms Mohammed Baku, Night Manager Ahmad Ali, Security Manager Bertanl Dounia, and their dedicated teams. Their support during a medical emergency involving my daughter was remarkable—their concern, care, and follow-up left us deeply appreciative. It is rare to encounter such genuine attentiveness, and we are truly thankful. The beach property itself, just about five years old, is stunning. But what makes it extraordinary is the people—the staff bring vibrancy and warmth that elevate the experience to another level. For us, Saadiyat Rotana deserves a rating of 7 stars and beyond, as it embodies hospitality at its very best.

Today me and my family went to Si and we had a very welcoming and friendly environment there. Miss San, she gave a service to us and it was very excellent. She gave a recommendation for all of us, we believed in her and made the order. We were very satisfied with our meals and thank you Miss San. And Mr Aung was coming several times to check our table that everything is fine or not. We’re really appreciate that. We are absolutely blown away by this place! Honestly, we haven’t had such an incredible experience in a very long time. Let’s start with the rooms and the hotel itself. The rooms exceeded all expectations — they are impeccably clean, extremely comfortable, and truly luxurious. Everything is thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail to ensure maximum comfort for guests. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and we genuinely felt completely at home while still enjoying the level of a high-end luxury hotel. Now to the restaurants. We visited two restaurants on the property — Turtle Bar and the Italian restaurant. Turtle Bar left a very pleasant impression: a cozy atmosphere, excellent service, and delicious food. Everything was beautifully presented with great attention to detail, and it was the perfect place for a relaxed and enjoyable evening. The Italian restaurant was also outstanding. The food was incredibly delicious, with a wide variety of dishes and excellent quality in every bite. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and truly restaurant-level. A special mention must go to the staff. I have never experienced such a level of hospitality in any hotel before. Every single team member was incredibly kind, warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Despite the fact that we travel very frequently and have stayed in many places around the world, this is without a doubt the most hospitable staff we have ever encountered. And finally — the beach. We are honestly speechless. The beauty of this beach is on a level we have only ever seen in the Maldives. Crystal-clear water, pristine white sand, and an atmosphere of complete peace and tranquility. It is truly one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever seen. A huge thank you to the entire team for creating such an unforgettable experience. This place truly deserves a perfect 10 out of 10 in every category. We will definitely be coming back and will gladly recommend it to all our friends and family!

Everything was Perfect The location is amazing, the beach is clean and the crystal blue sea was mesmerising The food is super yum, morning breakfast, endless choices. Si is super yum, I have ordered the diavola pizza and it was super rich with flavours Turtle Bay was the most chic and fine dining place out there. We have ordered the crab salad and a steamed lobster and grilled prawns. The food was amazing. And the service was great, thanks to Shae. Our winter sun break exceeded all expectations. Initially, we had some reservations about travelling to a family resort during the half-term period, but any concerns were quickly dispelled by the hotel’s exceptional comfort and the genuinely warm welcome from the staff. From the moment we arrived, nothing was ever too much trouble and we were able to relax almost immediately. The hotel caters brilliantly for all guests, with plenty of adult-only areas as well as an excellent range of restaurants offering something for every taste, whether you’re a discerning diner or simply looking for relaxed holiday dining. There are a few members of staff who truly deserve a special mention (and apologies if I’ve missed anyone). Arun, who manages the pool bar, was superb. He is a real credit to the hotel—his service was attentive, professional, and consistently excellent, along with the whole team supporting him. They genuinely helped make our holiday feel very special. Lahiru at the Beach Bar and Restaurant also looked after my wife and me wonderfully. The drinks were certainly generous—so much so they had to be treated with due respect! Isaam, who we saw regularly during breakfast and evening service at Sim Sim, was charming and made us feel especially welcome whenever he was working. I’d also like to acknowledge the many other team members who keep everything running so smoothly—from the gardeners to the housekeeping staff. Every one of them greeted us with a warm smile and a friendly hello whenever we passed. A big well done to the entire team. Take care of yourselves during these challenging times in the Middle East—you made our stay truly memorable, and we will miss you.

We decided on a spontaneous family holiday with a 16-month-old child and found the perfect place for it. It was very quiet, definitely not crowded, personal and all very child-friendly. All the stuff was really amazing and kind. And Henri (the manager) visited us almost every day and was absolutely courteous. The absolute highlight of our child: the Kids-Club. All the girls were absolutely sweet and so amazing. He loved playing there and discovering new things. We constantly got updates with cute photos and in the end even a gift about things he loved to play with. Absolute recommendation and thanks to all involved.

I stayed at the hotel for five days. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff, spacious rooms and delicious food. Everything was wonderful! There is no evening program at the hotel, but Liza and Anna from the entertainment team actively encourage guests to participate in all activities. Girls are always kind and smiling. It was our first time relaxing. We hardly saw our children during the day. We went to the aqua gym, played football, volleyball, mini golf and badminton. Thank you Saadiyat Rotana!!!

We had an amazing breakfast at Rotana Saadiyat. The food was absolutely delicious with a great variety and excellent quality. The service was outstanding from start to finish. A special thank you to Rupa and Mugula, who were incredible and truly made our morning so enjoyable with their warm hospitality and attentive service. Our stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional and exceeded all our expectations. The service was of a very high standard, the entire complex and rooms were perfectly clean, and cleaning took place twice a day, which we greatly appreciated. The staff were extremely friendly and professional everywhere — special praise goes to the beach bar staff, who were always smiling, helpful, and willing to assist. The food selection was wide and varied; in addition to the rich buffet, the hotel also had several other dining options. We would particularly like to highlight the excellent Italian restaurant Si, where we really enjoyed our meals. We also really liked the Turtle Bay restaurant, including their rooftop Skybar, which offered a beautiful view and a great atmosphere thanks to the exceptionally friendly staff. We would also like to personally thank Ms. Shwe from Turtle Bay, who often took care of us during our stay. She was always kind, attentive, and cordial—thanks to her, we felt right at home on our vacation. Overall, we can highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for first-class service, great food, and a truly friendly approach to guests. We would love to come back here again! Clyde in Hamilton’s is absolutely FANTASTIC. The whole team were incredible. Some of the best service we have ever had (and we travel for our profession and are really fussy!). An absolutely incredible experience. This was one of the most kids-friendly, family oriented hotels we’ve ever been to. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. A HUGE shoutout to all the staff at Turtle Bay Restaurant for being so helpful and accommodating for our families. I’d like to specifically mention Shae - she really went above and beyond to make us and the kids happy. Anything we asked for, her answer was “you just ask for it and we’ll make it happen” AND SHE REALLY DID! We’ll definitely be back here coz it really was an unforgettable experience. We loved everything about this hotel. All staff was extremly nice and helpful. The location is wonderful. Beautiful beach with waves to jump through and a perfect pool to relax and calm down. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. Thank you, Rotana Sadiyaat Island.

Great stay at Rotana. Big thanks to Kum and Cissy who looked after us and our room this week. So helpful and friendly. Hom on the front door who saved us a lot of time by booking our Grand mosque tickets on line at the last minute for us- thanks so much All the lovely staff in Sama lounge. The Turtle bay restaurant team were amazing -food, service and management. Breakfast team all excellent, very friendly and a great food selection. Too be honest all the staff we met were so professional, friendly and helpful. We felt really well looked after.

We really enjoyed our time here. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of variety, and the pool facilities were clean and well-maintained. A great choice for a relaxing weekend. Shout out to Ismael & Mugula who assisted us during our breakfast buffet he was very helpful& friendly thank you so much! We want to give a special shout-out to Lika and Yoon at the front desk. They were fantastic—kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude set the tone for a great trip. The food at Hamilton’s was great. Highly recommend the pork ribs. Min was also an exceptional server. He was extremely informative about the menu and catered to our needs exceptionally well. In summary, the experience was great as always and made so much better by Min’s service!

Stayed at Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas with my husband and we absolutely loved everything about our stay. The service was exceptional from start to finish – the staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful, but the highlight was definitely the beach. Absolutely stunning – clean, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the most beautiful beaches we’ve experienced. A wonderful place for a couple’s vacation, and we would gladly return again.
