⭐☆☆☆☆ Worst Customer Service – Unfair, Slow, and Discriminatory Behavior at SAB Murabba Branch
I had a terrible experience at SAB Bank – Murabba Branch, Riyadh, and I feel it’s important to share it so others are aware of what really happens inside this branch.
First of all, although the branch has multiple counters, only one lady was serving customers, which is completely unacceptable for a branch that sees such high foot traffic. Each customer was taking more than 20 minutes, and the waiting area was full of frustrated people with no updates, no proper queue management, and absolutely no care from the staff.
Now here’s the shocking part: I was holding ticket number 215. I got served after a long wait. However, a man holding ticket number 208 was already there long before me—and shockingly, he was deliberately ignored.
The staff member refused to call his number, even after more than 1.5 hours of waiting. I witnessed her skipping him multiple times and serving people who came much later. It was painful to watch, and I could see the man was trying to remain patient and calm. Eventually, he had no choice but to walk up to the manager and complain. Only after the manager came to the counter did they finally agree to serve him.
This is not just bad service—it is blatant discrimination. There was no valid reason to ignore a customer for so long while others were being served in front of him. The staff showed zero professionalism, no accountability, and frankly, shocking behavior that borders on racism or bias.
As a fellow customer who was served while someone before me was denied service, I left the branch feeling deeply uncomfortable. This is not how a respectable bank should treat its clients.
SAB needs to seriously investigate what’s going on at this branch. From understaffing and inefficiency to possible racism, this branch is a disaster. If SAB values its name, it must take action before more customers are driven away by such disgraceful treatment.
Avoid this branch at all costs.
