She was very helpful and made the entire experience smooth and comfortable. We had a very good experience at Al Noor Clinic, Abushagara, for our maternity care. We consulted Dr. Sruthy Kumar and the service provided was excellent. She was very sincere, caring, and extremely helpful throughout the journey. The nursing staff were also very supportive and compassionate. What we truly appreciated was Dr. Sruthi’s availability and dedication—she was always there to guide us and even followed up through WhatsApp to check on both the mother’s and baby’s health. Today, when I visited Sabah Al Noor Clinic, Abushagra for the first time,due to some allergy issues i face because of the climate change.had a great experience there. first of all i thanking to Mr. Moideen who is handling reception section their. when i feel some difficulty to claim my insurance card thier, Mr. Moideen fully helped me & cleared the issue & clarify me about the issue what a faced. it makes so helpful for me & give some advice to me what the things i need to check in the insurance card also.the docto were i consulted dr. Last time, I visited this hospital with my family to see a gynecologist from Kerala. My wife was experiencing pain, and the doctor advised us to do some tests and an ultrasound before prescribing medication. The hospital charged an additional fee for the ultrasound. I explained that at another hospital, Al Shifa Al Jazeera Hospital, the doctor consultation fee was AED 100 and the ultrasound was included, but they did not agree. Because of this, I decided to visit another hospital. In my opinion, this hospital was very disappointing and only caused us to spend extra money unnecessarily. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hospital to others.
