Sabaku

I visited Sabaku Café today. The place is beautiful, and the pancakes are absolutely delicious. The matcha is not bad at all—quite tasty, actually. I really loved the cafe atmosphere; everything is well organized and makes you feel like you’re in Japan, from the decor to the food. I especially appreciated the service from the staff member Rizaleen. She is very kind, cheerful, and welcoming. She explained the dishes to us and recommended excellent choices. Many thanks to her for her wonderful manners and great service.

Tried this viral Japanese café while exploring new coffee spots in Sharjah, and Sabaku did not disappoint. The café offers a great atmosphere, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The coffee was excellent, and the fluffy pancakes were absolutely delicious. It’s great to see so many amazing places to discover in Sharjah. This definitely won’t be our last visit to Sabaku. we’re looking forward to coming back and trying more items from their menu.

Amazing hospitality by team Sabaku headed by Ms. Archi. Highly recommended to go with their Matcha Glow Tuna Tartar for their starter with lotus tempura. If you feel adventurous you can try their golden Unagi (Eel) Wave. For their Main dish their A5 Wagyu beef donburi was an amazing standout. Strawberry culture we had to order twice because it was that good. For desserts their fluffy matcha mochi pancakes coupled with Hokkaido Cheese tart sealed a wonderful evening for us. Keep it up team Sabaku!

Actually we’re just searching around for place to hangout for a bit and we just saw this amazing cafe/restaurant. Perfect because we’re traveling to japan soon. You have to try the Japanese pancake. Its was so fluffy and good! Didn’t expect it to that good. Coffee is good according to my friend. Sadly they don’t have drinks for non-coffee drinkers. I just try there juice i think haha

This beautiful Japanese cafe in Aljada is one of my go-to places. There's something about it that makes you feel calm the moment you enter – maybe it's the peaceful atmosphere, the lovely interior, or the calmness of the staff and their service. The food is great! We ordered pancakes and some savory items and stayed from 7pm till 11pm without even noticing the time fly by when you're with friends. The staff was so nice and took great care of us.

Amazing collaboration between Sabaku Coffee and Ichiryu Ramen. The ramen was amazing and the whole space gave such an authentic Japanese vibe 🇯🇵🍜 Special highlight to Pepper’s hospitality — super friendly, welcoming, and made the experience even better. Highly recommended.

Great coffee with excellent location ideal for a quick coffee stop. Outdoor area is great during the winter months. There’s a good selection of coffee and you can choose your preferred beans. Work friendly inside and very quiet and chilled. Team is very friendly and knowledgeable. Parking is available

Got to try the Japanese Kage dining experience and it was honestly fantastic. The flavors were on point, the ambience was great, and the staff made the whole experience even better. Big shoutout to Jennifer, Gabe, and Mark for being so friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Oh and this place gets extra points for serving free tap water, a small thing but it really stands out. Definitely recommend it.

I recently went there for dinner to try out their new menu. The vibe of the place was so calming followed by the unique and delicious flavors of their dishes. I truly enjoyed having dinner there and most importantly our experience was made even better by our amazing waitress, Archie ❤️

This is one of the most beautiful cafes in AlJada, the atmosphere is so welcoming and their breakfast is incredible, their pancakes are some of the best I've had. Special thanks to Yvette for her welcoming and amazing service♡.

Had a great experience here! The collaboration of Ichiryu x Sabaku was amazing. The ramen was delicious, flavorful, and served hot. The service was excellent as well. A special thank you to Jennifer, Gab and Jerry who assisted us—they were all friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. Will definitely be coming back!

We have enjoyed our breakfast at Sabaku , delicious and tasty , the food quality was perfect Amazing staff , welcoming friendly and helpful, We loved the service was really excellent The French was tasty 😋 The seating layout is good , but not the chairs , they were not comfortable due to the shape of the chairs as Japanese style hard and straight up , most of the table are low tables low chairs “short” some or few are normal height , most of customers sits on the normal table !! Overall nice experience we For sure we will have more visits Thanks to the entire crew

I’ve been here twice now, and the service is quite good. The food is okay. The hot chocolate is very rich and they only have dark chocolate. The french toast was tasty.

I liked the cappuccino but the classic fluffy pancake didn’t taste good. The drinks menu is pretty cool (many interesting options). Wonderful area & service. The interior of the cafe is really cute!

A lovely brunch cafe specializing in Japanese cuisine.The shop is decorated simply, with a beautiful environment and a Japanese atmosphere. The staff will occasionally say a few words of greeting in Japanese while serving, which adds a touch of Japanese feeling. Many of the dishes in the cafe are related to matcha, so here I tried matcha Basque cake, matcha soufflé pancake and matcha latte, and also ordered a very Japanese dish - tamagoyaki. The tamagoyaki egg is very rich in flavor and is seasoned with Japanese seaweed flakes. It is very delicious. The Matcha Basque, Matcha Latte, and Matcha Soufflé all had a rich matcha flavor without being overpoweringly bitter. I particularly enjoyed the Matcha Soufflé, which had a light texture and just the right amount of sweetness. My total bill was AED 161, which is not cheap, but considering that it is in the UAE, the quality of the food is worth the price. Definitely worth a return visit.

Japanese style cafe, the coffee (v60) amazingly good. The desert ( tiramisu ) perfect. We ordered one desert and one coffee 67AED. next time maybe I'll try their food as people recommended it.
