I placed a bulk order worth around ₹30,000 with them for resale. The delivery was significantly delayed beyond the promised date, and I had to make multiple calls to follow up. Each time a different person answered the call, and I had to explain the entire situation repeatedly. When the order finally arrived, some of the products were damaged, which led to complaints from my customers. When I reached out to them regarding this issue, there was no proper response. This has been a very disappointing experience with their customer support.
