The hypermarket is huge and has almost everything you need, from groceries and household items to clothes and electronics, and prices are usually reasonable with plenty of offers. The mall also has a good food court, some play areas for kids, and parking is generally available. On the flip side, it can get very crowded on weekends and evenings, and sometimes the service counters (like fish/meat section or customer service) are slow. A bit more maintenance in certain areas would make the experience even better. Overall, it’s a good family-friendly mall if you want variety and value in one place.

Pathetic customer service by Shameem in Cheese section. I totally support first-come first-serve. But if one person is taking a lot of time to make a choice, generally the staff moves to the other person and takes their order. I regularly buy cheese from other stores here in UAE. Shameem repeatedly ignored my request to note down my order and I said I'll collect later, just note it, and he kept dealing with a person who was taking a ridiculous amount of time to choose a kind of olives, he repeatedly askd Shameem to unpack and repack, fill pickle water, remove pickle water, change the box, relabel etc you'd be surprised. Meanwhile I had to wait so long for Shameem to take my order. I am a mother with a little baby who had to get home before baby starts crying. As someone born and brought up in UAE, this is the worst service I have ever experienced and especially this is the month of fasting. Shameem was also not admitting his mistake. He did not apologize. He kept defending himself even to his manager. Safari, Really train your staff on customer service if you want people to come back. It was ridiculous how long Shameem ignored me for my cheese and hummus. I sincerely hope you take action against him and train him on basic courtesies and etiquettes.

Parking is abundant, with spaces available in both the basement and outside the mall. Please note that the side parking area is managed by the municipality and falls under a paid parking zone. Visitors are encouraged to use Safari Mall's dedicated parking area for convenience.

There is a very large parking space available for cars, It is my recommendation that the best time to purchase is during the weekdays, and the best time to purchase on the weekend would be at 8am. According to my experience, this is a suggestion that I would like to make. It is often a very large establishment that offers a wide range of products, including appliances, clothing, and groceries, as a result of being a hypermarket. The advantage of shopping at a hypermarket is the fact that it is a one-stop shop. It offers a large variety of options, so those who have not yet visited this place should give it a try. Have large area of car parking space available.

Good store to buy varieties of items at very affordable prices. Visited multiple times to buy groceries, fruits, meat and fish, cloths, Gadgets, Toys etc.. good sales team, Helpful to find right product. Parking is free infront of the yard to the Safari Mall.

I am a regular customer at Safari Mall and the Hypermarket, and I had been satisfied with most of my shopping experience. However, yesterday’s experience disappointed me so deeply. There was a Shawarma offer announced from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm. I reached around 7:30 pm, excited to enjoy the offer, only to find a long queue with no shawarma chef in sight. Customers were left standing there with no explanation, no updates, and no accountability. Even the staff present had no information to share. I personally stood in that queue for almost half an hour, feeling frustrated, ignored, and honestly worthless. It felt like my time had absolutely no value to Safari. Watching people wait helplessly, hoping someone would show up, was extremely upsetting. If you decide to run an offer, you must be prepared to deliver it properly & on time with enough stock for everyone. Reducing the price does not give you the right to treat customers like this. You clearly know that such offers attract crowds, yet there was no planning, no backup, and no respect shown to the people who trusted your brand. This experience left me feeling angry, disappointed, and disrespected. I never expected such careless and unprofessional behavior from Safari Team . Safari Senior management should take this very seriously — because this felt like a cheap, insensitive, and irresponsible way of running an offer and doing business.

This is the Largest Hyper Market in Sharjah. And the best place to buy groceries. They got amazing offers all the time plus the prices are so less that i always over shop. They got Largest variety of fruits and vegetables. It almost 3 times bigger then Carrefour. They got the best meat section.
