I recently purchased a medical mattress from Safari Mall, and I had a great experience overall. The customer service was excellent, especially in the Furniture Section. Sales Executive Heena Nisha was extremely helpful, professional, and supportive throughout the process. She went above and beyond by coordinating with top management to ensure my mattress was delivered on time, which I truly appreciate. Her manager was also very cooperative and made sure everything went smoothly. It’s rare to find such dedicated and customer-focused service these days. A great furniture store located in Safari Mall at the second floor. Enormous collection of home as well as office furniture, alongside furnishings and accessories. Mr Dilshad was a great guide, helping us out from the purchase to the delivery.

I would like to share my experience at Safari Furniture Sharjah. I recently purchased some home furniture from there. At the time of purchase, I clearly asked about the Tabby payment option. I specifically confirmed with the cashier whether there were any hidden charges, as I am familiar with how Tabby works. I also asked if they were a registered Tabby partner, and she confirmed that they were. Based on this assurance, I chose to proceed with Tabby. However, I later found that I am being charged around 4.5% on the outstanding amount every month, which was never communicated to me during the purchase. When I approached the Safari Furniture team regarding this issue, the response I received was very unprofessional and not helpful. Overall, the product quality is good and the delivery team did a great job. However, the experience with the supervisor and cashier was very disappointing. This has been a frustrating experience, and I hope the management takes steps to provide clear information and improve customer service for future customers.

Asif is a polite and helpful sales assistant who understands customer needs well. He provides good service and maintains a positive attitude. Overall, his performance is appreciated, with slight improvement needed in handling busy times faster.

Visited Safari Mall recently and Ms. Saw Thidir helped me while I was checking out study table and shoe rack. She was friendly, patient, and explained the options clearly without rushing. Really appreciated her support and good customer service.

I had a great experience at Safari Furniture, and a big part of that was thanks to Asif. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of selecting furniture. He listened carefully to my requirements, understood my preferences, and guided me to options that perfectly matched my needs and budget.

I had a very bad experience with Safari Furniture. I purchased a mattress worth AED 1,200, and within just 6 months it started having problems. Since it was still under warranty, I contacted them for repair or replacement. They took the mattress twice, but each time returned it in the same condition without properly fixing the issue. Their after-sales service is very disappointing. Despite multiple follow-ups, they did not provide any proper solution or clear response. I would not recommend this store based on my experience. Poor product quality and even worse customer service.

Very disappointing experience. The prices are high, but the quality does not justify the cost at all. I entered the store expecting basic customer service, yet no staff were available to assist. When I finally found an employee and called him several times, he clearly heard me but chose to ignore me and did not offer any help. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a place charging these prices. I hope management seriously reviews their customer service standards.
