I was not informed of any extra charges at checkout, receiving calls for extra charges after a checkout, is both shocking and unacceptable. The hotel has misleading information on their website. The health club and restaurant (listed amenities) were non-functional throughout my 7-month stay. I had to travel out of Oman a few times during this time and despite repeated follow-ups on the gym, there was no response. Management is responsible for keeping the website updated, failing to do so in-time, is either incompetence or deliberate attempt to mislead the guests. That said, the reception and room service staff were always courteous and helpful. I trust they must have escalated these concerns internally. I believe the management needs to revisit thier strategies and take serious measures to make small improvements that can have bigger impacts. It will be sad to see a hotel in such a prime location, not doing good because of these issues. I hope the management takes positive steps to make the guest's stay more pleasant. Best of luck

It was one of the hotels that I enjoyed staying in and it made my trip to Oman sweeter. The receptionists i think were from Oman and India. always spoke to me with a smile and kindness. The person who was in charge of cleaning the room and the hotel service manager was very kind and spoke and behaved with a smile, and this gave travelers like me a sense of confidence. Their room was very clean. Their room was very big and it was good. to visit

I just checked in today as one day visit. It is a surprised. Originally I choose this hotel due to super good price and super good location which is already a fact. The staff Mr.Musamik is super nice and professional. The room I had is huge. Very very sizable with living room bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. I love it. Just for one night with such facility is simply a luxury. I highly recommend Safeer Plaza Hotel

We stayed in a spacious 2 BHK suite overlooking the bustling streets of Khuwair. The suite was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. My mom absolutely loved the cozy and vibrant couches! The kitchen was fully equipped, and room service was available 24/7, making it convenient for us. Overall, the property offers a great mix of basic and luxury amenities, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend Safeer Plaza for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the heart of Muscat!

It's quite a good room and facilities. Their service is also fine. We took a 2 bedroom apartment it's good spacious room and facilities. And it had good view from the windows and have nearby many restaurants and shops.

It's a good place for short stays. The staff is extremely helpful and polite. They will always be happy to help you and also take that extra step lot of times just to make sure you have a good time here. The breakfast spread is also quite good but it can be cheaper looking at the competitions. About the stay, the rooms were clean and well maintained. Basic amenities were provided which were enough for a short stay.

واحدة من أسواء التجارب في المبيت ! *موقع الشقة العائلية غير مناسب. * كان علينا الانتظار حوالي ٢٥ دقيقة في انتظار الاستقبال ! *لاتوجد فوط داخل الشقة! *التصميم الداخلي وموقع دورة المياه الوحيده ف الشقة غير مناسب! * الابواب والتشطيبات واجهزة التكييف قديمة! * الإطلالة جدا سيئة! * التلفاز لايعرض قنوات عربية واجهزة التحكم معطلة! *الاثاث قديم ومُستهلك بشكل كبير. *الفندق بشكل عام يحتاج الى تجديد شامل من الارضيات الى السقف..اما بالوضع الحالي : نجمة واحدة لايستحق.

The staff here has redefined the meaning of courtesy and politeness. They are all sugary sweet and really humble guys. The rooms are spacious, well maintained and quite comfortable. If you are from the Indian subcontinent, then this place is just like home. The language and the food is just the same. Breakfast is great. Lunch and dinner options are also very very good. You can find a lot of Indian dishes here. Location is great as the Muscat international airport is just 15 mins from here. The hotel itself is located in the market area where you can find supermarket, barber shop, cafe, restaurants and other eateries nearby. There is also a nice park at a walking distance. WiFi isn't that great, though. Speed is slow. But they are planning to upgrade it. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice place for low budget, right in the centre of the town. General commodities and utilities are very near. Rooms are fair and size is acceptable. Services also good. It has internal restaurant and main food chains are also close by.

Good hotel for given price. Good for family stay. Pros:- 1.Good location near to Al Khuwair area. 2.Vicinity to basic facilities like hotels and super market. 3.Good quality WiFi. 4.Humble staff and good service. 5.Breakfast of ample variety. 6.Gym facility available. 7.Easy to get Cabs. 8.Rooms are of decent size. 9.Decent basic kitchen. Cons:- 1.Bathroom fixtures not up to the mark. 2.One can smell cigarate smoke in lobby(May be through AC duct). 3.Hotel entrance lobby is very cramped for comfort.

The place is not so inviting but most importantly staff are accomdating and polite & it has easy access in anywhere you go. Only few points were noticed: ◇bathroom @601 is obviously not presentable. Bowl & flashes is defective and you have to suffer pressing it so harldly. This should be reported by room biy who does cleaning to the maintenance div. ◇Hotel apartment is obviously a place where you can cook and wash used clothes specially for your guest staying a bit longer days. Washing machine connections are there but no machine installed and nothing to use. Cooker connection is there but NO actual cooker to use. Where is the logic of having all these facilities. ◇ dishwashing liquid paste shoild also be availble in the kitchen as well If management is looking on all this small issues , you wont have problems in future. ◇ considering that breakfast served is traditional indian food, at least offer or prepare other stuff where other nin indians guest can enjoy the breakfast. But indian food.are awesomely prepared. I like it at all. ◇at least let other customers know that you are also offering omellet egg by request. ◇RECEPTION DESK staff are so polite. Thats +factor to the hotel ◇ restaurant server guybis awesome eventhough he is so active clearing my table eventhough im not done yet. ◇ rate over all for me is 1 out of 5 and 4*is the highest for me to your hotel. Minor changes has to be done and looking forward for a most satisfactory stay in future.

الموقع ممتاز والمكان نظيف وبه غرف نظام شقق مفروشة تصلح للعائلات.. لا توجد خدمات أو وجبات أو مطعم داخل الفندق

Rooms are large.. Restaurant is okayish.. And thats pretty much about it.. Has two lifts for easy access.. and small gymnasium and best part is located near many many food joints , including an indian restaurent at a stone throw distance.. Overall a nice place for a day or two with family :)

I have not stayed at the hotel rooms but attended a one day workshop at one of the "ball rooms". We also had breakfast and lunch there as part of the workshop. The only positive thing I saw was the car park otherwise things seemed poor overall. For example, the ball room is located at the basement with one exit that takes you up the stairs the same way you came. That's very dangerous from safety point of view. The breakfast was very bad and the lunch was below average. I guess if you were looking for a budget accommodation in the city, this is a good choice as there are plenty of places to eat/shop.
