I had a wonderful experience with the Sephora Kérastase team. Latifa and Laurice were extremely humble, welcoming, and professional throughout the entire visit. They took the time to do a proper hair diagnosis, carefully explained my hair concerns, and recommended products and routines that actually made sense for my hair type and needs. I really appreciated how patient, knowledgeable, and genuine they were, it never felt pushy or sales-focused. Their customer service, attention to detail, and positive attitude made the whole experience enjoyable and personalized. Thank you Latifa and Laurice for the excellent support and professionalism. Highly recommended for anyone looking for expert hair care advice and a luxury customer experience.

I visited the Sephora store today and really liked the store and the overall atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when I showed them photos of the perfumes I was looking for, and they quickly helped me find them. However, I felt uncomfortable with the person at the engraving counter. He was the only one who behaved in a judgmental way, which made me feel embarrassed during the engraving process. Apart from this one experience, everything else in the store was very good and I appreciated the service from the rest of the team

I love the Saie brand at Sephora! The lady there, Mariyam, is so friendly and nice. I don’t have Saie in my country so every time I visit Dubai I go crazy and purchase all the items and top up on my used ones. They are non comedogenic which works well for my skin. Every time I drop by Mariyam remembers me and helps me out so much! ❤️❤️

I would like to say thank you to Lamia. She is now working at Fendy, and I’ve known her since she was at Huda Beauty. Every time I visited Sephora, I always looked for her because she was incredibly helpful in choosing the right products for me. I truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism.

I had a disappointing experience with one of the YSL staff members at Sephora Dubai Mall The worker was rude and unhelpful when we were trying products, which made us feel unwelcome. However, I would like to thank Nara for completely changing our experience. She was kind, helpful, respectful, and professional throughout our visit. I went to the mall and bought highlighter and blush from them, and they were amazing! There was a really cute girl named Maryam who helped me so much. She was so kind and helpful. I had such a nice experience at Sephora thanks to Mounia. I honestly went in planning to buy just one product, but she was so helpful and patient that I ended up trying a full routine. She explained everything in a very honest and easy way, and the makeup turned out really nice and suited me so well. I ended up leaving with products worth 3000 AED 😅 but I don’t regret it at all. She really knows what she’s doing and makes you feel comfortable the whole time. Definitely recommend asking for Mounia (makeup artist) if you go.

I just got my brows done from Rachelle from benefit brow bar in Sephora and I swear it’s better than any salon! she fixed my eyebrows and now I feel super confident and amazing! Will definitely come to her EVERY SINGLE TIME NOW!

I had the best customer experience, It was Eid 27/05/26, the mall was busy, sephora was packed but the girls on the Nars counter patiently helped me find my foundation shade, i purchased Nars foundation and the beautiful girls at the nars counter even gave me a free Nars concealer I had the Best customer experience.

Well, every woman needs a chatty beauty products expert once a while 🙂 and you get one here .. the energy of Sephora at the Dubai Mall overwhelms me and I visit it to get a tour of the latest beauty product brands of the Emirates. The vibe of the store is trendy and youthful.

I just really enjoyed my shopping kerastas with laurice she was really helpful and really kind and I found my best product for my hair and I'm always happy to go to her to help me more she's a really professional lady in her job

I had a great experience at Sephora dubai mall with Ethel C. The friendliest and most helpful staff. I needed a product that was not in store and Ethel went out of her way to get it for me on the same day! All while proposing to me the right shades for my skin tones. During my visit to Sephora at Dubai Mall, I noticed how extremely crowded and busy the store was. The staff, especially the female employees, seemed overwhelmed and fully occupied helping many customers at once. It was very difficult to get even a single minute of their time to ask about a product or to get some assistance. When I saw an employee, I approached him and politely asked if he could help me. He told me that he was the store manager and that he would send someone to assist me. I didn’t ask who he was, and honestly, I didn’t care about his title I just hoped for some help. Unfortunately, no one came, and I didn’t feel any real attention or effort to assist me.I truly don’t blame the staff, because it was clear they were under a lot of pressure and very busy. However, I do believe that the store needs more staff to handle the large number of visitors, especially in such a popular location like Dubai Mall.After waiting for some time, I went back to the same person (the manager), as he was the only one not occupied. He told me to wait longer or come back another time. He didn’t ask where I came from, or if it was difficult for me to return later he simply didn’t seem to care😏

I’m not the biggest fan of shopping for perfumes at Sephora, but this branch does have its good points. It’s more organized than most, with bigger and better displays that make it easy to browse. The variety is solid, and the space feels less cramped than other locations. The downside is that some of the staff can be a bit obnoxious or unprofessional, they may ask personal questions and sometimes give you an attitude. it gets so crowded which is very understandable, the issue is there is no proper air circulation/AC and that can make your experience hectic.
