موقعیتش عالی بود. بسیار تمیز بود. فضای داخلی زیبایی داشت. آشپزخانه ای با امکانات کامل داشت.

Rating: ⭐⭐ (2/5) I stayed at SAHIL Hostel & Hotel during my visit to Baku. The location is very good, close to major areas and easy to access. The staff is genuinely amazing, especially Sabina — she is extremely kind, sweet, and thoughtful. At one point, she even offered me her umbrella just in case it might rain, even though it wasn’t raining at that moment. Small gestures like this really show how caring the staff is. However, one important thing I feel needs to be highlighted. Although this place is advertised as a hostel, most of the people staying here are not tourists. Many appear to be people who came on tourist visas and are working locally. I personally experienced an uncomfortable situation where I went to a restaurant and realized that the person serving food was actually staying in the same room as me in the hostel. I have no hatred toward any individual or profession, but this changes the overall hostel atmosphere and does not feel like a proper tourist hostel experience. Hostels are usually meant for travelers, cultural exchange, and a social travel environment, which was missing here. If the management ensures that the hostel primarily caters to tourists and restores a proper hostel vibe, this place could easily become one of the best hostels in Baku, especially because of its location and supportive staff. Because of the excellent staff and location, I am giving 2 stars, but there is definitely room for improvement.

Would highly recommend this place. I took a private room for around 4 days and had a very pleasant experience. The location is convenient and the staff is helpful. Would suggest that they have another bank provider so that cards can be used if one bank has a technical issue.

Stay a few meters away at the travel inn hostel instead. This place is a rundown mess. Rust, wires, broken handryers, unclean bathrooms, uncomfortable hard slab for a bed. I cannot understand how it received such good reviews. First hostel I've ever walked out of.

It stinks, horrible building, lift is working in survival mode, you will find drunkards on the stairs. Bed bugs on the beds. Room looks big in pictures than reality - it's not even 0.5x. Staff hardly cares if you complain. The usual reaction is - Oh you have an issue ? Oh c'mon you are a big guy/ gal, you can handle that. It's not our fault if there is a bed bug. Shitty shitty hostel. Worst ever. I wish there was a -10 rating.

Bearable but the hostel needs some work. The day staff girl was super friendly and helpful, the night staff guy no so helpful. Nice that the beds had a dedicated power socket and curtain. Dorm doors are fitted with keycard pad that no longer work, so doors are not locked which doesn't feel very secure. Bathrooms are not super clean or good: a bit of mould in the corners of the shower, broken hand dryer, broken soap dispensers, broken shower faucet handle, broken cabinet door in bathroom, toilet paper not stocked. As others have mentioned, the only other guests there seemed like non-tourists. There is an Inn nearby which is much better.

This Place was truly horrific. Disgustingly dirty, rude and dishonest staff, no ventilation, mould everywhere, no privacy, bed bugs everywhere, the stair case looks like it’s straight from a horror movie. After we found that our group had bites all over their bodies and bed bugs on clothes, beds and in suitcases, they proceeded to lie, dismiss and not treat the symptoms. We left immediately and were not supported on a refund. Do not stay here!

Temmuzda 3 kız özel odada kaldık konumu çok iyi metro , marketler AVM'lere yakın şehir merkezinde ulaşım kolay. Odalar daha temiz olabilirdi özellikle banyo ve çarşaflar . Konumu iyi ve baya uygun fiyatlı bir hostel. Özel oda geceliği 1600 TL yani 70 manat civarıydı. Özellikle kızlara özel oda tavsiye ederim ortak odalarda kalmasam da tavsiye etmem özel oda daha güvenli. Hostele havaalanından Bolt ile 11 manat tuttu .havaalanı otobüsü ile bakükart alıp 1.3 manat basıp 28 Mayıs meydanından hostele yürüyerek 20 dk sürer ya da o meydandaki metro ile 1 durak gidip sahil metroda inerek kısa sürede ulaşabilirsiniz . Metro ve otobüsler 40 qepik yani 0.4 manat baya uygun. Hostel yakınında ve Bakünün her yerinde Bravo market var 7/24 açık ve uygun fiyatlı özelikle kahvaltı için tercih edebilirsiniz. Hosteli de temizliğe çok takılmıyorsaniz tavsiye ederim :)

Unfortunately, my stay was ruined by bed bugs. After the first night, I noticed bites on my body. I checked the mattress and found clear signs of infestation (feces spots and bugs). I showed the evidence to the reception. This is not just a cleanliness issue, it is a health risk. I spent my trip dealing with itching and trying to sanitize my belongings instead of enjoying the city. Please fix this immediately.

leider gar nicht so, wie auf den fotos gezeigt und beschrieben. viel kleiner und viel dreckiger. die schubladen unter den betten waren teilweise kaputt. personal war, naja nicht sehr nett. im zimmer & bett habe ich bettwanzen entdeckt, seit dem juckt es mich überall. die meisten leute waren keine touristen, sondern leute, die dort leben und arbeiten. es gab nur 1 bad für frauen, wo kein warmes wasser lief und es hat überall gestunken. der flur, die toiletten. ich konnte nicht duschen, weil es nur kaltes wasser gab und alles dreckig wirkte. aufgrund der bettwanzen habe ich dann meinen aufenthalt früher beendet, katastrophal. der aufzug wirkt kaputt und gefährlich, als könnte er jeden moment einkrachen. das einzige positive war die lage, sehr zentral.

The hostel has a good location, and the staff are kind and helpful. However, the mattress was very uncomfortable, and the room was quite noisy because of traffic and loud music from cars outside. The bathrooms were in poor condition — in each one, something was broken. In three of them, the hairdryers didn’t work, and the water didn’t drain properly. There was no shampoo or body soap provided, and towels cost an extra 2 AZN. Overall, the price and location are good, but the facilities need improvement.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. No hot water at all. Really bad mattress quality that I could feel the springs. My bed broke down during the night while sleeping. Employees postponed the issue to another shift and never solved it. I have stayed 3 nighs and never more.

Actually i like the location of the hostel, but still need strict rules There is a lot of Indian and.... Some other people they don't respect hostel rules ( cleaning, sleeping, ....) I hope the agents on the hostel be a little bit Strict

They have 2 Private rooms and the rest are all hostel bunker bed rooms. They wont give you water or tea bags complementary either. The rooms are clean but the spring mattresses are so bad and its very hard to sleep. Maybe a good option for a hostel but its a BIG NO for a private hotel room. You can find better options in similar price

Location is great and also the facilities are pretty good I would say. Staff has been very friendly and helpful when I had some issues. However the vast majority of other guest have been on a long term stay. This created a very strange vibe of home living but not really... I was a solo traveller who was more looking for backpacker vibes. If you are looking for backpacker vibes and other travelers this might not be the ideal place.

The building is so old, it seems like one of the historical places of Baku! but, inside the hostel is nice and attractive. Excellent Location: The hostel was situated in a nice and upscale neighborhood of the city. It was very close to the subway station and the sea. Additionally, there were many beautiful buildings in the area, and the streets were clean and attractive. Cleanliness: The sheets were clean and freshly laundered. The staff who is responsible for cleaning works throughout the day. However, some of the sinks and occasionally the shared restrooms were not completely clean, which was understandable given the high number of guests in the hostel and somewhat unavoidable. I also tried two of the showers, but both had clogged drains, causing the water to drain very slowly, making it difficult to shower comfortably. Each guest was assigned a bed with privacy curtains and a locker underneath, which were both very clean and comfortable. I was satisfied with this arrangement. I also arrived before the check-in time, and they took care of my belongings until my bed was ready. Finally, the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Merhabalar, Konakladığımız hostelden maalesef memnun kalmadım. Ortam oldukça kalabalık ve hijyen açısından yetersizdi. Özellikle tuvalet ve banyo alanlarında hijyen kurallarına uyulmadığını gözlemledik. Bazı misafirlerin çıplak ayakla tuvalete girmesi ve ayakta tuvalet kullanmaları hijyen açısından ciddi rahatsızlık vericiydi. Tesis, ağırlıklı olarak Hintli, Pakistanlı ve Afgan misafirlerle doluydu. Eğer bir kız arkadaş grubuyla konaklamayı planlıyorsanız, burası pek güven verici bir ortam sunmuyor. Bu nedenle, daha konforlu ve güvenli bir tatil için Airbnb gibi alternatif konaklama seçeneklerini değerlendirmenizi tavsiye ederim. The environment was very crowded and lacked proper hygiene. Especially in the bathroom and toilet areas, hygiene rules were not followed. Some guests were entering the toilets barefoot and using them in a very unsanitary manner, which was quite disturbing. The hostel was mostly filled with guests from India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan. If you’re planning to stay here with a group of female friends, I wouldn’t recommend it—it doesn’t feel like a safe or comfortable environment. I suggest considering an Airbnb instead, which would likely offer a more secure and pleasant experience. The hair dryers in the shared bathrooms only work for 15–20 seconds before overheating and shutting off. You have to wait for them to cool down, and even then, they only work for another 15–20 seconds before stopping again. This makes it very inconvenient. One of the most concerning issues was that someone from the staff entered our room without permission early in the morning. This is completely unethical and unacceptable in terms of safety. We also couldn’t be sure if someone had entered our room after we left, which made us feel uneasy. If you still decide to stay at this hostel, I strongly advise you not to leave any valuables in the room.
