Sai salon

It's as sad as this poor orchid. Unfortunately it has been a long time since I've been here. And it would be my last time. I was expecting a better service. Sai have been known for it's great service and cleanliness this place was the pioneer of chic beauty salons. This visit I realized that all the above is lacking even the towels in use while doing my nails were in an awful shape. I think new towels should be considered. the place lacks maintenance obviously and the staff looked over tiered and not welcoming as they used to

I had my hair trimmed yesterday, I wanted my dead hair to go away, the hairdresser wasn’t professional she re did my hair cut 3 times and I came back todays because it wasn’t straight. I called another one to check and yet she made one side shorter than the other. They kept saying that I focused to much and huffed. The first hairdresser smelled like cigarettes and almost burned my hair. Id give their hair services overall 0-5. One star was too much.

Extremely poor customer service with zero time management Three receptionists are not doing their jobs well, and one of them is always rude. In addition, every time I make an appointment, I have to wait for at least thirty minutes because the technician has a client, even though I made the reservation three days ago. To top it all off, the prices are extremely high when compared to other salons. I would not suggest this salon at all!

Unpleasant experience I wanted a brush technique blowdry and the hairstylist Georgia convinced me to do wavy.. i washed my hair for more volume and fresh look but she didn’t dry it well with the blow dry.. she started curling with the iron on a damp hair that caused my hair to burn and smells awful! She was in a hurry and wanted to be done so she can leave although it was 8pm keep in mind that they close at 9:) please make sure the temperature is set to 180 not 210 so its safe on your hair and also dry your hair 100% before using the curling iron to not burn your hair. The awful smell stayed more than a week even after taking shower more than once and applying hair treatments!

There staff is not kid friendly AT ALL i do not recommend ever but there staff I think her name is Roy she is very good and nice but on the other hand the manager with long black hair is sooooo RUDE

very poor treatment from receptionist, needs improvement with greeting and treating customers. also slow managing skills. waiting for my turn, suddenly a customers walks in and takes my spot. left and directly headed to Qortoba branch ❤️

المكان نظيف ، العاملات لطيفين والستاف كله ماشاء الله ... جربت قص الشعر + باديكير ومانيكير ، شغلهم حلو اسعارهم مناسبه ... وايد ارتحت عندهم اتمنى يتم على هالمستوى من الخدمه ملاحظتي الوحيده ( الصالون شوي زحمه ) + الباركنق بره مافي مظلات ( فرع اليرموك) .. مشكورين والله يبارك لكم في رزقكم

Bad salon, bad experience. They blow dry hair until it’s sticking TO YOUR SCALP and it look sooo bad. I did my hair three times there. And the pedicure is so bad as well. Products are heavy and they cut my nails waaay too short

friendly welcoming staff, professional haircut by Darrel, busy place only downside is the interior

Really good services + super friendly staff + super clean. The only con is that it could get a little crowded at times, but that’s my fault coz i could have booked an appointment through their app 💔 I didn’t have time though!
