Sail Al-hasa Tourist Resort

This is the perfect base to explore the untouched and unspoiled Wadi Al Hasa — Jordan’s best-kept secret. Khalid, the owner, is an amazing guide (and you’ll definitely need one!), because the whole experience is truly wild, adventurous, and stunningly beautiful. It’s also a wonderful opportunity to glimpse how rural Jordanians make their living from the wadis. I highly recommend Khalid — not only is he knowledgeable and kind, but he’s also a great cook! After a day full of adventure, you can relax and rest the night away in one of his cozy cabins.

I enjoyed my trip in this Amazing resort, at the first the staff were very friendly and nice. The rooms are prvided with air conditioning and comfortable beds including TV, fridge and other stuff. Finally the most excited part is the nature itself the minerals water which helps me to relax and reduced my stress and the sauna room, also the resort is surrounding with mountains and there's a lot of fruit and vegetable trees which makes the atmosphere at all really beautiful. I recommend all of you to have a ride over this stunning views. I forgot to tell you that there's a cave above the resort I attached the photo. Don't forget to discover it =)

Un bellissimo posto situato in un’oasi naturale con anche fonte di acqua termale calda, eccezionale per rilassarsi e stare qualche giorno personale gentilissimo consiglio vivamente!

The place is amazing and peaceful. Staff are kind and helpful. I went there with a group for dinner, everything was good. There are two swimming pools with continues water filling from natural sources. I didn't try there rooms, but for sure next time I will. Anyone wants to go there, should use anti mosquitoes repellent or something similar because it is surrounded by trees and water.

We went to this place with my friends around Christmas Day and we thought it would be a nice and remote place to try to go to and spend time together there. The place was at the bottom of a valley and was surrounded by plants and mountains of rocks, there were a lot of bugs around the location but it was expected since it was in the middle of the wilderness. There was only me and 3 of my friends there so we booked 2 rooms, the place had a built in hot spring inside a thermal room so we tried it out but the water wasn’t that hot so we stayed for a bit then we left the spring. Later that night my friend in the other room saw bedbugs on her pillow and was going hysterical about it, we talked with each other about what would the next step be like and so we decided to pack up and head back to Amman, it was about 9 - 10 at night. I called the guy to tell him about the issue and tbh i was expecting that he would be concerned and would apologise and would charge us nothing but no he was completely unapologetic and argumentative saying it is normal since we are in the wilderness but he didn’t understand how serious bedbugs were so we just had to explain to him what bedbugs were for a solid hour and was still argumentative and unapologetic and he insisted on us paying for both rooms saying that we booked them when others could have booked them instead so we had this huge argument and eventually we called the police on them and told them was happening briefly so they said they would arrive shortly, it was around 2 in the morning now! The police arrived and we told them exactly what happened along with showing them pictures of the bedbugs and wanting to leave and the guy and his son now adjusted their tone and behaviour toward us. We eventually paid him for 1 room and then got everything in the car and left and it was now 3 in the morning. We were so tired so angry so upset so mad and so disgusted since we were very afraid that we got the bedbugs on our clothes and things and by the time we arrived in Amman it was almost 5! I urge whoever reads this experience to NOT go to this place because you will be in for a treat.. an awful one!

الموقع جميل هادى والغرف مكيفه ويوجد بها ثلاجة وشاشه والأثاث فاخر والنوم فيها مريح جدا يعتبر المنتجع مكان مناسب للراحه النفسيه خاصة مع الاسترخاء في المياه المعدنيه الحاره والموظفون ودودون ويقدمون خدمات غايه في الروعه والأكل خاصة الزرب لذيذ وله مذاق رائع انصح بزيارته والاستمتاع بجمال الطبيعه خاصه أنه يقع على ضفة سيل المياه دائم الجريان

من اجمل المنتجعات داخل جنوب الاردن الخدمه يمتاز بالعديد من الخدمات من بعضها الغرف الفندقية ومجموعه من المسابح وصالات الجلوس ومعدات الشواء بكافة انواعه الجو العام لطيف ويخلوا من الحشرات هدوء تام تصلح للتنزه من قبل العائلات والمجموعات السياحية نتمنى لهم التوفيق والرزق الوفير
