I had very poor service from your vendor Glass point . I contacted the CEO of st Gobain. He sent a person. I have been following up with the person for three months and no reply Saint Gobain might be a multi national but their customer service sucks Their stand is that we only manufacture and not responsible for the vendor installation and they refuse to intervene They are not at all customer friendly

One of the Worst Experiences – Avoid Saint-Gobain at All Costs Absolutely horrendous experience with Saint-Gobain. From start to finish, the entire process was a nightmare. Timelines? Completely ignored. We were promised delivery and installation within a set timeframe, and not only were there significant delays, but there was also zero accountability. Every time we followed up, we got vague answers or no response at all. The customer service is shockingly bad – unresponsive, unhelpful, and indifferent to any concerns raised. It’s as if once they’ve made the sale, you no longer matter. To make matters worse, the product quality was far below expectations, especially considering their claims of being a premium brand. This was genuinely one of the worst vendor experiences we’ve had. I strongly urge others to look elsewhere. Don’t be fooled by the big name – the service and product delivery are anything but professional. Would give 0 stars if possible. Avoid Saint-Gobain.

Worst experience . Product not delivered on time . More over the thay were so humble untold we ordered the product but so arrogance at the time of delvery . SAINT GOBAIN has turned into Saint Gobar in India. It's a true skill of the management to take a fabulous brand and bring it to the ground. Please go elsewhere for your glass requirements. Paid lakhs, and we've gotten the worst service, wrong measurements at installation and after 3 weeks, at the time of reinstallation now they say the unloading team cracked the glass.......you pay the price for quality workmanship and glass and what you get in india, you are better off with a local supplier. Especially the Chennai team....save yourself the stressful nightmare and go elsewhere. And you have nobody to complain to, either. Nobody.

Terrible service. I'd submitted an enquiry online and a representative got in touch with me and said she'd send someone to check the site. I had to call her up myself twice to follow up. Finally, a workman got in touch and said that he'd be there in a few hours and never showed up. A whole week later, the representative called and asked me if I was still interested. I said yes and she said she'd send someone and no one has followed up with me ever since. Very very unprofessional.

Zero customer service. Pathetic response from the sales team . Customer service is non existent. Amazing how this company survives. Call centre has only one standard response...sorry for the bad experience 🤦‍♂️.And then nothing happens.

Great company for different types of glass manufacturing and import & export. Very good company with good staffs. Parking is paid here. Minimum bike parking charges are Rs.40.

My Santro Car windshield (Saint Gobain) got defective within 5 years. A portion of it, just in front of the driving seat, causes lot of blurrig and have some sort of stains which cannot be cleaned from inside or outside. What to say and how to rate it 5 star. Totally confusing.

Very worst logistics team in this company particularly in Chennai Sriperumbudur plant waste of time to contact them no use to contact we can't get any help and I really fed up with them and I am having trucks and truck owner I don't like to give even 1 star to them
