An excellent stay from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the front desk team provided outstanding guest service with a warm, professional attitude. Check-in was smooth and quick, and every question or request was handled efficiently and with a genuine smile. Special thanks to Fatima, who took great care of me and paid attention to every detail. She was incredibly helpful and respectful and made me feel truly welcome throughout my stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a comfortable experience.

Overall Impression: We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel; it is definitely worth the money and offers high-quality service. We were traveling as a family with a child and found the room to be spacious and tidy. The food was delicious, and the staff was very attentive. Special Thanks: Reception Desk: A special thank you to the lady at the registration desk (unfortunately, I don't know her name, but she is a beautiful lady in a suit and glasses) for all her help and attentive attitude. Beach Team: Huge thanks to the guys who were with us on the beach (Irfan, Edilberto, Virendra, Iqbal) for their excellent service, pleasant conversation, and for keeping us in a great mood! Management: If you have any questions that the staff cannot resolve, the hotel manager—a lovely tall gentleman :)—is always attentive and will do his best to help. In some famous hotels, you often get "pushed around" when trying to solve basic issues, but here, they always go out of their way to help. They can change your room if necessary, and they provide extra items like adapters, yoga mats, or food containers for feeding a child in the room. The employees always check in to see if everything is okay and if anything else is needed. Areas for Improvement: For a hotel of this caliber, there should be a regular shuttle service to and from the beach. You should have more than one vehicle, and it should run much more frequently than once every two hours. This was the only downside that caused us discomfort, especially since we were traveling with a child and trying to fit a nap into our schedule. Final Thoughts: This is a wonderful hotel with polite and pleasant staff. Thank you for the great service, pleasant conversation, and positive mood! Don't be late! The beach shuttle is like a VIP guest—it only shows up every couple of hours, so don't miss your chance! :)

The hotel enjoys an excellent location, making it easy to access nearby attractions and ensuring a comfortable stay. My overall experience was truly delightful, marked by both convenience and quality. The restaurant offers a wide selection of dishes, each prepared with care and presented beautifully. What made the dining experience especially memorable was the service—Omnia, our waitress, welcomed us with genuine hospitality, warmth, and kindness. Her attentiveness and gracious manner added a personal touch that elevated our visit. This combination of setting, cuisine, and heartfelt service makes the hotel a place I would gladly return to.

I stayed with my family at Salalah Gardens Hotel in February 2026. The hotel is nice and has everything you need. The room was big and comfortable. We really liked the staff. The restaurant manager was very kind and attentive. The beach staff became like friends to us (Edelberto, Irfan, and the waiter Virendra). They were always cheerful and ready to help. The only small problem was the old buses for the beach transfer. They are a bit worn out and this slightly spoiled the overall impression. I hope this will be improved in the future.

I recently stayed at Salalah Gardens Hotel, and overall, it was a positive experience with a few areas for improvement. The service was truly excellent. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled smoothly, and their hospitality really stood out. The location is definitely one of the hotel’s strongest points. It is conveniently situated with easy access to shops, restaurants, and other facilities, which made the stay very comfortable and practical. The room itself was okay — clean and functional, though not particularly remarkable. It met basic expectations and was comfortable enough for a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, the breakfast was very disappointing. The selection was limited, and the quality did not match the otherwise high standard of service. This was the only real downside of the stay. That said, I would definitely consider staying here again. However, I would likely book without breakfast next time, as there are many excellent restaurants nearby that offer much better options. Overall, a good hotel with outstanding service and location, but with room for improvement when it comes to breakfast.

We stayed at the hotel from February 18, 2026, to February 22, 2026. It's a good hotel with a very convenient location. The shuttle to the sea runs almost every hour, so getting there is easy. There's a large area to stroll around, and the staff is very pleasant and welcoming. I'd especially like to mention Jawara and Fatima. Wi-Fi works throughout the hotel, which is important, and the food is delicious. Thank you, I will definitely recommend your hotel!

Il resort è molto accogliente, il personale gentilissimo e divertente fanno di tutto per farti sentire coccolato e a tuo agio in relax. Portano in spiaggia i lettini, i materassi e gli ombrelloni con la voglia di farti stare bene. Sono tutti molto bravi ma Irfan e Sanjay sono il top della struttura. Очень рада, что выбрала именно этот отель. Не смотря на то, что он не на первой береговой линии, трансфер организован очень чётко, на пляже трехэтажная вилла со всеми удобствами. Отличное расположение отеля рядом с торговым центром и различными магазинами и рынком. В самом отеле очень приятная атмосфера и обслуживание. Отдельное спасибо Ифрану за отличный сервис у бассейна и на пляже, поможет решить любые вопросы! Весь персонал отеля очень отзывчивый, их улыбки растопят любое серцце 🫶

Overall, we are pretty happy with the hotel. Location is great right inside the huge mall with huge supermarket and many shops around. It is only 10 minutes away from airport by driving.This thing alone took care of many things, including restaurant, shopping. Parking is free with gas station next, which is perfect if you rent a car. Staffs are very polite and friendly, breakfast is very nice with great selection. The room is huge and spacious, including living room, bathroom and bedroom,which is good. The only thing is the hotel is a bit old, and there is no toiletry, except shower gel, provided, you would have to bring your own, if you are particular about it and the shower box water could leak out to bathroom. But this does not bother us at all. We think it is a great choice, given all the good points we mentioned above.

The Valentines Dinner buffet was really great. Everything was great. The food was soooo good, the staffs were great specialy Mary and Julie. The ambience was elegant. The DJ was also great, playing love songs and romantic music. Overall, everything was PERFECT! Hope you do it often.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated - a perfect retreat after a long day. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great selection of hot and cold options to suit all tastes. The facilities were top-notch, from the modern gym and pool area. And let's not forget the location - it was perfect for exploring the local area, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions not too far. The accommodation itself was part of a mall; lively, vibrant and buzzing however privacy was in no way compromised. But what really made my stay stand out was the staff - they were friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with a smile. From the warm welcome at check-in to the efficient service throughout my stay, they went above and beyond to make me feel at home. I would particularly like give a special mention to Ahmed and Salma on the reception desk and Sanjay and Omina in the restaurant - thank you very much. Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-appointed stay with fantastic facilities and exceptional service. Five stars, hands down!

Отдельное спасибо Ахмаду - управляющему кафе, в котором был организован шведский стол для гостей. Всё было сделано на отлично!

We stayed at the Gardens Hotel and had a wonderful experience. Every day, we took the shuttle to the beach, which was absolutely marvelous with its white sand, the ocean, and a long coastline. We even enjoyed walking to the bird lake. We would especially like to recommend the hotel staff who managed the shuttle service and the beach amenities. They were always courteous and efficient in transporting guests, providing towels, sunbeds, water, and sweets. A special mention goes to Irfan and Virendra, who work on the beach and were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help with a smile. He truly made our daily trips even more pleasant. Thank you so much to the entire team for your outstanding service and hospitality

Had our Clinical meeting at Lounge this evening sponsored by Nestle. Had dinner at the Rooftop restaurant. Turned out to be Valentine’s Day 😅 Julie Ann from the resto and Mary from housekeeping were very accommodating, polite, and friendly. They were helpful in things one needed and prompt. They accommodated us with smiling faces and friendly gestures. Been here in the hotel quite often, sometimes having dinner, snacks or just coffee. Staff are really friendly and easy to communicate with.

We stayed at a wonderful hotel for 5 days. It has many advantages: it's close to the airport, the hotel itself has a shopping center, a beautiful clean pool, and a shuttle to the beach. We loved the food in the restaurant, good Wi-Fi throughout the property, and the hotel staff are very polite and helpful, especially Jakarta and Fatima. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! I would happily visit the hotel again.

One of the best costumer service ever! They make you feel very welcomed and help you with anything! Ahmad, for example, walked us directly to the restaurant where lunch is served when we couldn't find it. The food is really good as well, always fresh and lots of options for all the meals. The staff is truly amazing, from the reception to the servers and the cleaners👍👍

I must say the breakfasts were truly amazing, so varied you can find everything you want. I especially loved the filter coffee and the fruit stand. There's also a great selection of desserts. Sanjay, who was serving food at the breakfast for our table, was not only extremely accommodating, but also very helpful in helping is decide breakfast menu items. We are vegetarians, and since the options with bread were next to zero, given all bread have eggs, Sanjay along with the head chef were kind enough to make fresh vegetarian food preparations for us. Adding that this, the stay at this is highly recommended. This hotel is adjacent to a huge shopping mall that has tons of options for fragrances. Extremely recommended to stay here.
