Order from there website. Received wrong product order 1.5inch and 2inch 4ohm 10w speaker for 800rs and 5.5inch woofer for 400rs. Also mentioned don't send 3w speaker in order notes still they sent 40rs toy speaker 3w peak output. No response for WhatsApp and mail. Daily asking no response. Speaker is full of rust. Woofer is buzzing no output. Full of fraud

I had ordered for a 800 Watt stereo amplifier right through their website. Some how nothing was happening no communication from them for two weeks . I was worried and at last put a negative feedback on this platform. Then some one from the company called me and asked to send a message with order ID. After doing that also no communication from their side wether they despatched it or not. Finally today I had a message from E kart about a parcel then I suspected it may be from salcon sure. Why I write this narrative is to have a before hand knowledge of their lethargic way in communication with customers. Other wise go ahead. They supply quality audio systems I am sure. Thanks Salcon do the needful in improving your report with the customers that will definitely help both customer and your business.

I purchased an amplifier 2CH 100Wx2 from Salcon Electronics, 95 old Lajpat Rai Mkt, Delhi. Product highlights I received. >It was securely packed. >On unboxing I found it an old and shabby machine. >When it was switched on its cooling fan produced a highly irritating noise more than the sound of the attached speakers. >I immediately brought it to the notice of the owner. I requested them to take it back. They refused. > The next day I took it to a local mechanic. On opening the amplifier its fan was found broken and other parts not properly fixed. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING ANY OF THEIR PRODUCT. THEIR SALES AFTER BEHAVIOUR IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND ANNOYING.

Used these hand made monitor speakers and bass for a rooftop party last week! Super nice and crisp sound that was loud enough for more than 50 people on the rooftop. Professional grade stuff better than most other studio monitors 🤌🏽
