Good place to stay but the swimming pool is not available for guests they are also allowing to swim for guests

Pathetic experience in this apartment. We three families booked just before Christmas 2024. They provided flat number 201. Cleanliness, basic amenities like towel, soap, water etc, bathroom cleaniess etc where not there or below average. The security didn't allowed out traveler to enter the premises initially and after multiple request to him for allowing us as kids and luggages are there he didn't care and was very rude on us. The owner was behaving like if you want stay or leave. No helper to take luggage, no lifts on top of this rude behaviour. Swimming pool is not usable and it's in same condition for ages looks like. A/C and fans are in bad condition and apartment is full of dust. If you ask them for cleaning they are asking for 250/- per cleaning. Please don't go there. If you already booked change it right now for avoiding bad experience.

The owner's service was good, but the rooms were not like the ones shown in the PDF sent to us. There were some differences. The cleanliness was poor and the facilities were lacking.

Our stay was quite disappointing as several important details were not communicated before booking. There was no lift service, and we had to climb three floors using the staircase with kids and heavy luggage, without any assistance from staff or maintenance personnel. Additionally, we couldn’t even park our vehicle inside the gate to unload our luggage conveniently. Overall, the experience was not worth the money we paid.

I travelled to Goa last week with my wife and friends and had booked a 3BHK here, it was a shambolic experience to say the least. The rooms were very dirty, there was dust, cobwebs and garbage lying idly. The washrooms were equally dirty, there were no toiletries nothing, just a bucket and a mug. The utensils and cutlery in the kitchen were dusty and ill maintained. There is no drinking water provided at the facility. We had power cuts everyday at odd times of the day close to 2hrs and one particular day it was almost 4+ hrs. Running water was unavailable one day from 9 AM till 7.45 PM. The swimming pool had a lot of restrictions as well and being in a residential complex the timings were pretty short (10AM till 5PM). The lights were not working in most rooms and we had to continuously nag about it before it was fixed. That is not all, there were rodents (rats) and ants running around in 2 of the 3 rooms. We barely spent any time in the rooms apart from sleeping at night. Feel free to book this property at your own risk. At this price there are a lot of better places around. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

I recently stayed at Saldana Park, and it was an absolute nightmare. The moment I walked into the apartment, I was greeted by layers of dust that hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Prathap Singh’s rude behavior only made things worse; he clearly has no respect for guests. The entire place was infested with insects, making it impossible to relax. The property looks ancient and is poorly maintained; it feels like stepping back in time. To make matters worse, the staircase was covered in pan masala spit, which is just disgusting. I wouldn’t trust any of the online reviews; my experience was nothing like what was advertised. Avoid this place at all costs!

Stay Away. Don't book here. Dirty and mismanage area.

Rooms were good with basic furniture.Open wardrobes were there.Kitchen was there with microwave,basic utensils and gas stove but utensils washing was payable. Owner didn't call not even single time which is a gesture.Atleast they should hv call once to their guests which we didn't like.Rest it was ok.Caretaker was also helping as we had to check out at 10 am but our bus was there in evening owner was not ready to extend the hours so caretaker arranged for some other flat on immediate basis .

I wish there were stars in negative to be given to this place. Had a horrible experience, waste of each penny spent. Rooms were incomparably dirty and pathetic. No water supply for whole day. It was also a living experience with the nature as you’d have to sleep next to rats, lizards and ants.

A well furnished property in a nice location in North Goa. The stay was comfortable and the caretaker Biru was very cooperative and a nice fellow. He was there at anytime. Only issue faced was the water pressure in all the taps were very less.Took lot of time to fill the buckets.

Good apartment for stay in Goa. It's a well maintained property and has all necessary amenities. Close enough to Calangute beach, one of the most happening beaches in Goa. Very economical as well. Would recommend.

Totally loved it. Nice service from the host. He allowed us for early check-in. Room has AC, Kitchen has enough utensils for four. We booked this apartment mainly it has swimming pool, but our bad they didn't allow due to Covid. It will be helpful if they have RO. Seems we can buy liquor cheeper than buying H2O in Goa. Cheers guys.

Worst service there are doing fraud in apartment and there will give room and they will say water activities and taken all amount, and switch off there mobile and last check out time they won't come another guys will come we don't know him he was agent and will fight with us and they say check out first we given 12500 for 3nights they say 2nd check out and they don't give back money for remaining 2nights we gone to another hotel we lost all money there are fighting with us don't book this apartment

Very nice home stay , i booked this place via Airbnb and fully satisfied with service. Caretaker Biru is really helpful. Location is very near to all famous beaches. I highly recommend this place if you are visiting goa.

It's an airbnb type room where you have kitchen with utensils and furnished rooms. But no room service. Good to prefer this if you have kid/infant who needs curated food .

It was an apartment in this society..Nice big rooms and the owner had maintained his flat in P2 on the third floor very well :) It's nice for a family of 5 to 10 people..

Nice place. Near by Market & beaches. Both owner & care taker(Rajeeb) were very helpful & cooperative. All amenities provided were clean and tidy.

Rooms available are decent. Not to expect much though. Room Service is zero. You have to manage all requirements like tea coffee or snacks.

Apartment was good but the customer service for was not good and the swimming pool was closed and not proper sleep
