Very worst place not safe especially for womens . Rooms are not clean and not spacious . Bathroom is the worst thing not clean we can't take bath. Please spen some more for good rooms and be safe

A genuine review. I m staying here they charged me more than whatever the usual cost is and I ended up getting a room with broken bed the room which I had booked in prior they gave away to someone else.No cleanliness the rooms stink of cigarette and liquor, quilts and bedsheets are stained, no gyser, AC is leaking, big cockroaches in the room.

Good room couple staying is perfect room

Very very bad room I got ever I had taken before. Ba’ath rooms doors are broken already, no mobile network courage. AC not working properly. Bathroom and rooms are very messy, hotels reception counter is on, that buildings 2nd floor and rooms are available on 3rd and 4th floors and lift is on out of service at all time. Unfortunately counter staff was very nice.

If you guys are seeing this, please don't opt this place. Idk how oyo agreed to make them their partners. Bed and bathroom wasn't clean, staffs were rude. Didn't had any towel or complimentary soap. Fan wasn't working well. Staff stare at you like you came there to love for free. There was this owner guy who was always shouting through his phone. Wish I could give 0 stars

I have taken monthly rooms here On the first day i dont like their service Very un clean room Service too bad They refused to return money They also scammed the money from me 3250 charged for one day stay Not recommended here please avoid Room service is also too bad... Very dirty beds and uncleaned rooms

Worst Guest House ever..... They take 500 each for one night and They took us till our room and charged 200 extra without any reason I regret visiting... The bathroom and bed are very dirty.... And fan is too slow.... I'll never visit again

It was a very awful experience by booking this hotel. Only after the payment, OYO have provided me with the contact details of the management. Then I ring the hotel management they said "we are not accepting OYO bookings". As it was a non-refundable payment I was unable to claim the refund. OYO customer care was also not responded to the same. My advice is not to make payment beforehand without inquiry into the hotel.

Worst hotel ever I visited. There we no locks on bathroom doors and the reception boy was very arrogant. The blankets were full of dirts and mud. The toilet was dirty . There are AC in the hotel but no regulator to adjust the speed of the fan.Never visit this hotel.

Worst room if I've ever seen one. The sheets were dirty, the floor was sticky, the bathroom was so gross and tiny, the TV won't function, the fan made noise, the room was stinky as well. On top of it all, scamming rude manager and staff. I don't know how they're still functioning, should be shut down. Got very shady vibes from the place.

Very worst service plz didn’t refer anyone bsc so many porblems when check in some staf’s are miss behaving then… in oyo but they are not following the rules and not provide complementary even water bottle also make sure this one star also iam not give to this Resentnct past 6 months iam using now contract was changed…now … electricity problem …asking extra money…. deducted when i gave money without my permission so many problems in reception pls take responsibility to tha staf ..

FIRST OF ALL, DON'T BOOK IN OYO. Later.... coming to Sam.....at entrance itself...you will feel a sort of foul smell. The people who serve are arrogant. My chose delux...that means non-AC. They behave as if non-AC people are not worthy. I needed a towel and it was denied rudely as I am non-AC customer. And... coming to my bed.....bed sheet was will full of hairs....long hairs - no doubt it was a female's hair. But I short hair....but it didn't seem like hair of head!!!! I asked them to change the bedsheet....but the person at reception gave answer as if it was already new and he is not going to change it and it was not at all his problem!!! That's how the hotel was... If you are still going.... having a nice day!!!

Cheating people putting fake offers to attract customers for booking. Rooms were too dirty and complete hygiene issues. Booked room and given room is different. Please don't book and get cheated. OYO support also worst the didn't anything related to this.

Horrible experience...place r dingy as well room..full mushlim area.. smelly room. Staffs r not available all the time.. manager behaviour is insane...lift not work after 10.30 pm... Most dangerous place to stay...be aware...

This house is located in near D1 Triplicane police station very crowded area not able to walk on the street and the room is affordable ok.... Food is cheep to high level range is available.. Note: suggest to avoid book in rainy session

Very good hotel in chief prices. Employees was also good. I want to visit again in this hotel if I went to Chennai.

Overall it was good. Jaffar and Ravi need special mention. However, the day staff is absolutely unhelpful and very rude. Very non-coorperative

Pathetic NO ONE KNOWS WHATS IS HAPPENING HERE. I had booked 6 days in advance as this hotel was close to the location I wanted to visit. When I arrived I was told the reservation is not there. Made me wait for 3 hours. I left and booked another hotel.
