Sama Tower

I lived there for a year, the place is very clean, services are excellent, parking is present, security and service men are polite and helpful, the tower is near to everything, totally everything you look for in a living place is present there.

Kindly provide parking for riders there is very bad security management riders is working for urs people for ur child for ur family kindly do it for rider provide parking in the basement

49 floor high rise in beginning of Sheikh Zayed Road with nice view over SHZ road and from back side over ocean and Jumirah beach. Building used for offices, that's why front of building almost is an issue to find parking.

Paid parking is available on-site, though it can sometimes take a few rounds to find a spot during peak hours. Weather 40/38 degrees Working in the Hot Sun is The company Unable to provide security Cabin, not that expensive for a high quality company like Sama tower . I hope issue can be resolved so we can add better rates and comments in the future.

Building Management (or security guard) doesn’t allow for delivery vehicles. Unless you’re going to ban receiving deliveries for your tenants, change your policies. It is unacceptable to make the life of delivery staff impossible just because you don’t like a vehicle to stay 5 mins in a dedicated spot

Superb location big flats it's near to trade centre roundabout

I have very bad experience for visit this tower. They are earning millions but they don't even have enough space to provide parking for a delivery driver for a few minutes. Management behavior Also not good for any visitor.

The third year in Dubai and also in Sama Tower and I love it! the gym is amazing , maintanance is great, security team is so friendly and I found my best friends in the building🥰

There is a parking in tower itself 10 dhs per hour Entrance is from back side get in to service road before last right turn

Amazing tower located in the heart of Dubai. Very well maintained and easily connected. Very near to the metro station and trade center. Parking is a bit of a issue as it's very crowded and you will need to drive around for a bit to find one. Good restaurants near by and very decent crowd.

I am a current resident. I do not recommend moving to this building in this period. Management does not allow deliveries upstairs. In order to get your essentials, you need to stay at home, make yourself available and wait for your phone to call, go downstairs through non ventilated hot corridors while interacting with plenty of other people who are also going down to receive their deliveries, then enter into this crowd of delivery professionals, residents and security to find your package, then go back through the same non ventilated hot corridors. Security has been doing an amazing job by bringing deliveries themselves as much as possible, but still their efforts fall short and as things stand, living in this building is very inconvenient and extremely risky for your health

Very nice tower located in the center of Dubai and with easy access. There is the Trade centre metro nearby. Paid parking available but you may need to take a few rounds. Good restaurants nearby. Good location for setting up your office.
