در ابتدا دکتر رفتار متواضع، حرفه‌ای داشت، خیلی دو دل بودم برای جراحی بینی ولی دقیقا همونی شد که نمونه شو بهم نشون دادن، کادرشون مجرب بود و در کل تجربه خوبی رو داشتم

This total lack of consistency, transparency, and professionalism makes the entire operation feel completely unreliable and like a scam.
