Samarkand Bukhari Restaurant is one of the busy restaurants in this vicinity. It's run by Pakistani Expatiates (Pashtuns). Taste of food is good, while little increment in cleanliness can be done. Their Kunafa is tasty. Overall, it's good option for a meal.

"I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The staff is absolutely clueless and extremely rude. I came here with some of my very special and respected friends, and it turned into an incredibly embarrassing ordeal. When I asked for the menu, the waiter refused to provide one and insisted on reciting it verbally. He started speaking so loudly that the entire restaurant turned around to stare at us. To make matters worse, while we were still eating, an uneducated person standing at the counter abruptly brought the bill and demanded payment, as if we were going to run away without paying. This place is absolutely not suitable for families. The hotel staff, especially the ill-mannered man at the counter, were giving highly inappropriate and uncomfortable stares. As for the food, it was completely pathetic—completely tasteless. People can cook much better food than this at home. The management should be ashamed of themselves. I urge the Baladiya (Municipality) of Jubail, Saudi Arabia, to send an official to conduct a surprise inspection or social experiment here. They need to check the kitchen's hygiene environment and inspect the quality of both the chicken and beef. The Chapli Kabab had barely any minced meat and was filled with cheap fillers. Everyone should completely boycott this restaurant."

I’ve tried the chicken karahi, nihari, chana daal, grill chicken, chapli kebab, and mutton chap. The chicken karahi and grill chicken were the best in taste, alongside the flavorful mutton chap and chapli kebab. The nihari and chana daal were also delicious. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy authentic flavors!

Worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed in Jubail This is my first time writing a review about a cashier instead of the food. The food is average, nothing special. Today I witnessed something that shocked me. A man came in and asked for just 1 roti, which costs 50 halalas. He paid with two 25-halala coins — the exact amount. Instead of serving him, the old cashier at the counter scolded him loudly and disrespectfully in front of all the customers. He even shouted, “Don’t ever come back again.” Is this how you treat a paying customer? Whether someone buys 50 halalas of food or 50 riyals, the respect should be the same. Small amounts add up. That’s how businesses grow. The man wasn’t asking for free food. He was paying in full. No staff member has the right to humiliate a customer publicly or ban them for buying something “too cheap.” I will not return to a restaurant that disrespects people. Poor or rich, every customer deserves dignity. I hope the management teaches this cashier how to treat people. Think twice before supporting this place.

bealive me i thought why the name of the restaurant like that maybe there is some Uzbek meals in this restaurant because Samarkand is the biggest and famous city which i came from yes i’m from Uzbekistan but my experience from this restaurant very different actually i don’t like to eat in the indian or pakistani restaurants becouse they didn’t follow to the food safety procedures also this restaurant like that you can show the dishes is very dirty and old oily i couldnot eat to this meal this is not bad comment this is my experience if you go Uzbekistan i’ll show you how to work with the food i bealive you’ll understand me

Good Chapli Kabab, probably the biggest in town. Rice is testy, Grilled Chicken is also tasty with less spices. Resturant has Table sitting and floor sitting arrangements/options, but for males only. No rest room here only hand washing facility. Not very hygienic but they tried to keep it tidy. Some time you face difficulty in payment ad Visa card payment is not accepted here. They love to receive cash. However Mada payment is working/accepted. This resturant has AC but you always feel hot/heat inside seems AC is only working half capacity or they need to change AC arrangements and shall put partition between dinning place and resturant kitchen; for better cooling and isolate different spices smell, by doing so you will have a chance to small only what you order not the while menu mixed. Specially those friends who are pure vegetarian they feel it bad anyways.

My go-to place for lunch! This place has a lot of variety compared to Indian restaurants.. Food is always fresh and rotis are piping hot!! Shaahi Dal, Chana Masala, Kidney beans (lobia), Grill Chicken and bukhari rice is a must try hre! There are other dishes also like Mutton Nehari and Haleem which are available occasionally. Family dine in is not available. However home delivery service is available for orders above SR 20/-

Staff behaviour is very rude.And the hygiene is also not good. Food is not bad,but they’re not maintaining food quality everytime. Faced a worse and rude behaviour from the staff one day.

Kebabs is not tasty but daal is very good 👍 tast

It's a great restaurant specially for the people who is having financial issue. You can eat under 10 SAR per person.

One of the best Restaurant in Jubail for Pakistani and Afghani Foods. Tandoori Roti is same as you can found in Peshawar Highly recommended to visit and enjoy at least one time

All food are good.. but staff behavior is worst than anything.. they don’t care or respect customer.. they treat us as we are asking food for free.. they treat us as slave.. disappointed for staff behavior.. specially counter guy.. hotel management should teach some manners to deal with customers.
