زرت مرة واحدة محل سمرة في دبي فيستيفال سيتي و تم مساعدتي من قبل الأستاذ مؤيد. و اشكره مرة اخرى لإبقاء تواصله معي و دعوتي لورشتهم في نفس المحل و أخذ ماتشا مجاني.

An amazing experience. The shop itself looks, feels, and smells amazing. The service is superb and outsanding, the staffs are very welcoming and accomodating. And their products are so mesmerizing, its devine, and aesthetically pleasing. You can see and feel top notch quality, and the craftmanship is on another level. A highly recommend jewelry shop.

Very unique designs and beautiful collections BUT very disappointing stuff and rude attitude! I have to say that I would never go back again. Living in a city like dubai where you can see thousands of jewellery shops and brands , I must say I have visited most of them in last 40 years but I never seen such an arrogant sales and poor costumer care! Off course It was not first time to be disappointed by SAMRA JEWELRY salesman but I make sure that was my last time entering this shop until they understand to Value & Respect the Costumer .

Visited Samra in Abu Dhabi Yas Mall. Staff were neither polite nor helpful. I had a really bad experience. Would never recommend this store to anyone.

It was a good experience to visit the boutique. Wide range of Gold and Diamond, Gemstone Jewellery available for our selection . Quality of Jewellery and craftsmanship is excellent. Staff were polite, knowledgeable and helpful to us. Clean and well organised shopping environment.
