The carpenter completed multiple works including tables, wall cabinets, and additional items with excellent finishing. A total of five additional works were also carried out, all executed with great attention to detail. The overall quality of work delivered was very good and met our expectations. All tasks were completed within the agreed timeline without any delays. The materials used were of good quality, ensuring durability and a neat appearance. Workmanship was clean, precise, and professionally handled. The service provided throughout the work was smooth and well-coordinated. The staff demonstrated a positive attitude and maintained respectful behavior at all times. Communication was clear, and all requirements were properly understood and implemented. Overall, we are satisfied with the quality, service, and professionalism of the team.

My experience with Samra began with a good note. We had one side of our RGB lightings within our retail damaged we asked if they can fix and how much would it be. They assured us that they can fix and in a reasonable price. However after the job was taken the damage not only fixed it kept on adding, within couple days we lost the other side and the middle of our shops rgb to put it in numbers 2/4 of our shop entrance RGB. From here our negative experience started with them specifically with the person who handles their whatsapp, every couple days we ask them to send someone to fix which they ignore the message or promise to send someone but they don't. After weeks of follow up we met their technician and he said he can't fix it but he has a friend from another company might fix, to which we did not agree as this may involve additional cost and possibility of losing more rgb lightings. We asked for a refund of our payment (without a compensation) after literally a month and half when job was not fixed and more areas damaged, to which the person in whatsapp initially was saying they spoke with finance and they will transfer, then another time on a phone call they said the refund will take approximately a month which i was negative but said ok no issue. Now after being 3 months i decided to leave the review that we don't need any refund, but please do your job properly, if you are not sure you cant fix dont accept the job, as there are many clients like us who trust you and lose money eventually.

Zahid Imran from Samra Facilities delivered excellent service while maintaining and troubleshooting the Environmental Control Unit (ECU). He quickly identified and resolved the cooling system issue with great professionalism and technical expertise. Highly recommended for his outstanding support and service quality.

Their customer service is very bad — they give you appointments but no one ever shows up on time. When you message them on WhatsApp, they keep saying “the technician is coming ” but no one actually comes. I do not recommend dealing with them at all.

Jafar and Rehan arrived on time and were very honest instead of replacing the water heater, they fixed it and saved me more time and money and damage. I went through a period of significant frustration while trying to recover my money, which took several months. Despite being in constant communication with them, they repeatedly made promises to refund the amount without actually following through.

Extremely unprofessional and disappointing service. I contacted this company to request a quotation for a project and followed up for two days. They kept saying I would receive it “today,” but never sent anything. When I reminded them again, instead of a professional response, they replied rudely and defensively. This kind of behavior shows a complete lack of responsibility and respect for customers. Not recommended at all

We had a leaky AC unit about a month ago, and this team came the next day and did a fantastic job at repairing the leak. They were quick, and kept us informed during the process of what the issue was and what needed to be done. We have had no problems at all since. Very happy and would definitely recommend.

Professional experienced & comprehensive services. Highly recommended. Excellent quality work. They replaced my bathroom floor tiles to a very high standard and have done a number of Aircon repairs. They were also very clean with their work always cleaned up end of every day they were on site and put appropriate protection on furniture and floors.
