I had a great experience at the Samsung store in Dubai Mall. Special thanks to Sharoon and Adarsh for their outstanding support and professionalism. They were extremely patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. They helped me understand the differences between the monitors clearly, guided me toward the best option for my needs, and made my decision much more focused and confident. Their customer service was excellent, and they made the entire shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Really appreciate their support and highly recommend asking for them if you visit the store. Absolutely disastrous customer service. I purchased 2 TVs for AED 16,000. One arrived broken, and the second was the wrong model. Since then, I’ve received no real solution, no proactive follow-up, and no accountability from the store. I’ve already made two trips back to the mall trying to resolve the issue, only to be met with delays, excuses, and endless waiting. Every time, I’m told to be patient, yet nothing gets fixed. The most ridiculous part? Their proposed solution was for me to buy another TV, and they would “give me a discount.” Seriously? I had just spent AED 16,000 on two TVs, one broken and one incorrect, and their answer is to spend even more money with them. This is by far the worst retail experience I’ve had in a long time. When customers spend this kind of money, they expect professionalism and after-sales support. Instead, I got incompetence, delays, and zero customer care. If you’re shopping for electronics, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Sony and Sharaf DG are nearby and offer a far more professional experience. First and last time I ever shop here. Avoid.

Great experience at the Samsung Store! The staff was incredibly helpful and professional, explaining all the features of the new Galaxy series. The store is modern, clean, and you can try out all the latest gadgets and tablets. I highly recommend visiting if you need a new phone.

This one the best customers service experiences I have ever had. ARDASH the monitor expert went way beyond any expectations helping me with a very difficult problem with connecting to my new Samsung 49 inch NEO 9 curved monitor. I had issues getting the right connecting cables from my laptop to the monitor so it gave its maximum resolution. He took my laptop and then tried all combinations until it was working correctly. he set the laptop up for maximum performance. They didnt have the cable in the shop as its a very special cable. I was new in Dubai and didnt have amazon account set up to purchase it and he offered to get it himself for me and then I could reimburse him. His overall approach with me was nothing less than amazing and I wanted to highlight ARDASH on here so he gets the praises that this amazing gentleman deserves. ARDASH gets 5 STARS FROM ME and a vote for employee of the month from his manager.

I found this ROTAI massage chair at the Samsung Showroom in Dubai Mall. I couldn’t believe the amazing features, especially the stretching on my back, calf, and ankles. After my 10-minute session, I felt very light and comfortable.

I visited the Samsung store at Dubai Mall today, excited to buy the new Galaxy device as a gift for my brother. From the moment I walked in, I had a great experience! I was assisted by Manisha, one of the sales promoters, who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all my questions. Manisha’s professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. It’s always great to meet staff who are genuinely passionate about what they do. This store is a SCAM, it does not even deserve the 1 star rating. I had visited here to buy a screenguard for my Samsung phone - The store representative Faizan showed us one from brand Max and Max which was selling at AED 129. We finalized the same and he started prepping the screen for applying the guard. Mid application he removed the finalized screenguard and switched to another company Mr. Glass and applied that instead. Mr. Glass retails for 20-30 AED hardly and he insisted that they both are the same company and same product, just different packaging. This is highly unprofessional and a complete scam. The cashier seemed equally involved as they dismissed our concerns right away instead of addressing it. Cashier stopped understand English after we started complaining. The swapped product could neither be recognized not found in the inventory by the cashier. Not at all expected this from Samsung. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.

Visited Samsung Dubai Mall recently and had a great experience. Huge thanks to Wilcent for the excellent assistance. He was professional, patient, and really knowledgeable about the products. He took the time to answer all my questions and helped me choose what suited me best without any pressure. Customer service like this makes a big difference. Highly recommend visiting this store, and if you get help from Wilcent, you’re in good hands.

how can you call yourself a flagship store?? the consultants are so incompetent that they sold me a case and camera protection for the s26 ultra, even though I showed them my s25 ultra. thank you, now I'll be waiting for your money back for 21 days. I agreed with the consultant that I would come the next day at 10 a.m. to replace the back cover of my phone. Imagine my surprise when I arrived the next day and was informed that the technician would be there at 1 p.m.

I had a very poor customer service experience at this Samsung store. My phone was locked and I couldn't access it. The staff member who assisted me was very impatient and showed no empathy. Despite me explaining that I speak Spanish and kindly asking her to speak slower, she continued to speak very fast and seemed bothered. She also tried to charge me for a service that I eventually got resolved instantly and for free at another location. Very unprofessional and zero patience for tourists.

Earlier, I had spoken to another salesperson in the same store who gave me the price of the product I was interested in and then left to attend other customers. Unfortunately, they were not aware of the promotional offer that was running at the time. Manisha, on the other hand, was fully informed about the ongoing promotion and made sure I didn’t miss out on a better deal. She helped me secure a price that was better than what I was getting elsewhere and ensured the entire transaction went smoothly from start to finish. Her product knowledge, professionalism, and customer-focused approach really stood out. I would absolutely recommend Manisha to anyone visiting the Samsung store at Dubai Mall. Excellent service and a great experience overall.
