Honest Review. Overall it was fine. I do think the employees are playing the good cop bad cop lol. one was very arrogant, and the other one, really sweet and kind and patient. whoever did the cashier was also nice. I got the phone. S26 ultra is amazing. I was here to buy the S26 ultra, they initially didn't have the black, but they got it from the warehouse. took around 30-40 min, but i was fine with that. They gave me a decent offer with 9k reduction and an additional 2k from points. further, a decent resale value for the previous phone after repeatedly asking for more value. what i liked, they were patient and calm, made me make my own decisions. they never were pushing me to it. one employee was really kind. and one was a little arrogant. what i didn't like, was when i was setting up stuff on the new device, he took over for a second, started skippin over all the terms and conditions and apply without my permission. i was really infuriated me, and he further intensified it. what i'd like to add more is, read what you should know about the plans and all (such as Samsung care+ and what all the warranty covers), there are terms and conditions to everything, everything they say is not the whole truth. everything they say has salt and pepper. all i'll say is just don't trust them blindly.

I visited the Samsung shop to buy a mobile adapter. The staff were very helpful and polite. They explained the product clearly and helped me choose the correct adapter for my phone. The adapter quality is original and charging works perfectly. The shop is clean and service was quick. Overall, a very good experience. I’m satisfied with my purchase.

I went in today for my S23 Ultra screen replacement. The service was done within 3 hours. The staffs were polite and professional. First they mentioned the stock might not be available and it might take 2-3 days. Then another guy checked and found it was available. I waited there until the repair was done. NOTE: The replacement part warranty will be 3 months only from the date of replacement.

I visited Samsung Experience Store – IT World, Thoraipakkam for my Samsung S21 FE line display issue. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff informed me that due to a network issue, they were unable to create a job card and asked me to check with another service center instead. As a customer, I expected them to resolve the issue or at least provide proper support. Simply redirecting me to another service center without any assistance was not helpful. I hope they improve their service process and customer handling in the future.

I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy S24 FE from an official Samsung showroom during a high-demand period due to a discount offer. I chose offline purchase to get a recent manufacturing stock, and the staff confirmed it was less than a month old. The executive Nikola was extremely helpful—although the black variant I wanted was not available initially, he immediately arranged to fetch it from the warehouse via Porter, and the phone was delivered to the store within an hour.
