Hotel Samudra City

Stayed for 2 nights with family. Hotel needs desperate renovation. Toilet was not proper functioning. Food delivery wait time was longer. WIFI was not working. Tiles of swiming pool area broken. Also it's far from kihim beach. If you are with family kindly consider other options not this one.

We booked 3 rooms online for 2 days. No parking space. Small swimming pool. Each room tv not working. We told them many times, but they only told us will solve it but nothing happend in 2 days. We even called ower many time, but he is busy on calls and not even bothered to callback. On check out day we complaint about hot water. They just excuse us saying this never happened before. 3 rooms which we are booked having same hot water issue. We have small babes with us and we told them we required hot water but they only have excuses. Better go for other hotels.

Had a fantastic stay at Hotel Samudra City! The amenities were top-notch, and the cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. The food was amazing, especially for non-veg lovers - the options were plenty and delicious! Being on the highway was super convenient, and the property itself was well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended ❤️

Sorry to say the toilet has flush problem tv was not working delux room was not as it was to be not clean eating area was not clean .was not happy with service no hot water only food was ok

I had gone to this hotel for new year trip with my friends. Rooms were neat and clean but the AC was not working in the deluxe rooms which I had booked and we could not use the swimming pool as it was dirty. The food was good in taste. But the complimentary breakfast which was given it was average. The hotel location was little bit in interior side. Hotel management was also average.

It was peak holiday period we were looking for good hotel for stay in -Alibaugh I came across this hotel in google. Call the hotel for room availability a soft spoken person Mr Joshi said one room is available give detail. we immidiately book the hotel when we arrived Mr Joshi welcomed us In Room everything was very clean AC was working , hot water available any time in bathroom provided free bottled water Breakfast Missal was superb I recommend those who are looking for budget hotel this one you can try

Hotel taps needs servicing, lights are not functional, rest all is good

मी तुम्हाला जेवणाच्या टेस्ट साठी नक्की सजेस्ट करेल हे हॉटेल त्याहून महत्त्वाची गोष्ट सांगतो आम्ही एवढ्या हॉटेलमध्ये आय थिंक आमची फॅमिली असेल पण तुम्हाला सांगतो आम्ही त्यांना छोटीशी रिक्वेस्ट केली की आम्हाला pool जवळ जेवण घेऊन पाठवा म्हणून त्यांनी कोणत्याही गोष्टीचा विचार न करता आम्हाला पूल जवळ त्यांनी जेवण आणून दिलं आणि आम्हाला एवढं नक्की कळालं की काही ठिकाणी असं नक्की असलं की याच ठिकाणी जेवायचं मग आम्ही या ठिकाणी जेवण जेवायला देतो पण हे पाहून आम्हाला खरोखर खूप आनंद झाला नाश्त्याची वेळ देखील आमची उलटून गेली होती पण तरीसुद्धा आम्हाला घरपोच नाष्टा आणून दिला होता मी तुम्हाला खरोखर मनापासून सांगतो की आम्हाला तरी मनापासून हे हॉटेल आवडलं आणि जेवणाची टेस्ट रियली ग्रेट सर्विस रियली ग्रेट एवढेच काय आम्हाला हात धुण्यासाठी देखील एक वेगळा टब आणून दिला होता आणि त्यांनी त्या ठिकाणी हात धुवायला सांगितले होते एवढं कॉपरेट केलं त्यांनी आम्हाला

we booked the hotel through happy life and it cost us around 4600rs for 1 night. The rooms are not worth paying this much amount and the service was also not good. Walls are damaged and even they charge for the water bottles as well. Please think twice before booking the hotel

Worst worst hotel never book they gave omlet pav in break fast no clean room.positive feedback are gvn by there friends and famity member all negative are gvn by the geniuine client so dont trust on this hotel dont waste your money and time in this hotel . Dirty room landline are dead bed are smelly fan are dirty light are not working properly.

A very good hotel to stay in Alibaug. Very good clean rooms and comfortable stay. I have been here twice. Once when it was newly constructed and next recently in December 2017 when a new building with more rooms were constructed. The staff is very courteous and prompt in room service. You don't need to step out for food, as very delicious food is prepared in the house especially Indian and Chinese and very specifically sea food. It has a lovely pool to enjoy a dip with your family and a baby pool for your toddling younger ones. It's worth the cost you pay for the service and amenities for the cost you pay.

Staff was helpful The rooms which were allotted to us was stinking may be due to moisture. Even TV started after requesting multiple times to reception The hotel doesn't have good view and is 3km away from beach. The road towards the beach is dark and muddy Swimming pool was good and clean Food was delicious If you are planning to stay and enjoy then you can choose this place...

Really Disappointed with the rooms. Small and smelly rooms. Do not get fooled by the room pictures they have posted online on various platforms. With the amount they are charging per night they could have maintained the rooms well enough but it simply seems like they want to rip people off. The only saving grace was that the food was nice(though expensive) and they have a small pool to chill.

The hotel is pretty average, they have a small pool and the prices they charge look a bit hefty as compared to the amenities they give. Surprisingly in this day and age they do not have WiFi service for rooms. Rooms are okayish, but the staff was polite. Had breakfast there which was decent.

A Very Good Hotel with Neat n Clean Surroundings. The Owner Joshi Sir himself takes care of all the guest by continuously aksing for their requirements n ensuring that the needs of customer is satisfied. Good Food too. A small swimingpool is also their. However the Service - by Staff needs to be improved. But still a good place to stay if at Alibagh.
