كان عندي مشكله و عتب على الموقع الالكتروني وايضا خدمة العملاء بسبب توصيل منتج خطأ و عدم تحمل المسؤوليه في ارسال سائق لاسترجاع المنتج الخطأ … بسبب ان المرتجع فقط يكون في المحل… لكن بسبب الاخ رامي في المحل و تعامله الراقي و المحترم قررنا تغير التقييم للافضل…. فشكر خاص للأخ رامي. وفعلاً عندهم منتجات مميزه في المحل، لكن الظاهر المشكله في فريق الموقع الالكتروني.

التوصيل سريع جدا. شكرا لكم. متوفر فيه ادوات تنظيف وصيانة بأسعار معقولة. واشكركم على توفير خدمة تابي للتقسيط

Visited a hardware store in Qurain recently, and the experience was quite disappointing. The product prices are not competitive compared to other stores in the area, which already makes it less appealing. On top of that, the customer service was poor—staff were not helpful and there was very little assistance available in the store. While there is plenty of parking, the overall environment doesn’t feel customer-friendly. Unfortunately, it’s not a place I would recommend based on this experience.

Hands down useless... I called before showing up asking if they have a water filter, they confirmed. I drove half an hour, they said its out of stock, however the next day we'll send you one free delivery, which the next day said its not available still. Utterly useless...

**DO NOT RECOMMEND** I ordered two battery-powered mirrors on July 23rd with same-day delivery, and both arrived looking poorly made and clearly used. One mirror only worked if the buttons were pressed at a very specific angle, while the second one did not turn on at all. I immediately contacted customer support and sent photo and video evidence, yet after a full week I was asked again what was wrong with the products as if no evidence had been provided. I was then told the mirrors were out of stock, despite already agreeing on an exchange, which shows a complete lack of organization and professionalism. On July 31st, I requested a refund and for the items to be collected, as this was a manufacturing issue and not my responsibility. I was repeatedly told a driver would come, but no one showed up until August 5th. Even then, the driver collected the items and called minutes later claiming the box was “not there,” leading to unnecessary back-and-forth before he disappeared entirely. I was later promised a refund invoice on WhatsApp, which was never sent. It has now been over five months, and I still have not received a refund, an invoice, or any resolution. Extremely poor service, zero accountability, and a complete waste of time!!!

للاسف سوق فاشل طلبت اون لاين ودفعت الفاتورة وبعد عناء اول اتصال قالولي طالعلك وبعد ساعة تم استلام الطلب وبعد فترة من المعانات قالولي نسينا نطلع الطلب ولما وصل المندوب قال ادفع الفاتورة مع العلم انها مدفوعة ونقص بالعدد وطلبات اساسا غير موجودة تم دفع ثمنها وهذا اليوم الخامس لم يسترد ثمن النواقص او احضار النواقص ولله المشتكى

The shop need to be professional decoration design so it can attract the customers

الأسعار مبالغ فيها لكن المعدات متواجدة بكثرة

طلبت منهم اونلاين واخترت التوصيل السريع قبل الساعة ١٠ وما وصل الطلب الا اليوم اللي بعده والمنتج غير اللي طلبته ولما سألتهم عن الاسترجاع طلب مني اروح المحل لاسترجاع المبلغ المدفوع .. تجربى سيئة جداا

يستحق الزيارات ويستحق الزبائن البيتوتيين ان يكون لهم حق فى الطلب بالتوصيل 😘

It's my first time to buy anything from them my 5 star go to the employee he's very helpful and polite I will see how the product I buy if good or not the 4 star I give because the warranty is only 3 months not 1 or 2 years

many tools , good quality and Price

It was relatively far to reach.. but not so hard to access... very friendly staff and loads of tools and items for handy men ... and women lol

الموقع الإلكتروني لا تحاول تطلب منه.. بدائية في أخذ الطلبات ويقول لك إذا طلبت قبل ١٠ يوصل لك في نفس اليوم... والطلب ممكن ياخذ له يومين ما وصل.. هذا كله وبتدفع مبلغ وقدره على التوصيل

Delivery is very very long, u will suffer for waiting

The worst experience ever, I ordered a fishing rod, they brought me the reel instead. Then, they came again and delivered the reel with different brand, and when I used it for the first time it got broken, I called them and they told me it’s my mistake and they are not responsible for anything. Thanks for the appalling service and quality

It might be tiny but it has such a gr8 hardware items and guess what it's open 24h and the prices above the market prices cus hardware stores usually close around 7pm in Kuwait except this store . I could say there is a different store but it's more expensive then any other hardware store. Visiting Sanam worth it guy's
