Sand Dollar Flagship Store

Really disappointing experience! Visited the store in Arjan to buy a swimming suit. I didn't find what i was looking for, bought one and within 2days I went back for a refund! The sales lady refused the refund, even though the receipt doesn't say refund isn't allowed in store, claiming that she informed me at the time of the purchase! And even the credit process online doesn't make sense, I've to call the office to help me credit the amout or contact the support team to credit the amount. Very unreasonable that if you buy online you can refund as much as you want but not in store! It was the first and last time! Even the attitude of the sales lady wasn't that welcoming while asking for thr refund process!

I just visited the newly open Sand Dollar flagship store in Arjan. Such a lovely space with beautiful interiors and displays. Moving around the shop is easy with a great view of the merchandise. The staff is friendly and I got to interact with Rose who had a big smile and was very helpful. I love the collection. I got myself a beautiful pair or Elina Lindardaki’s and a summery pouch for my friend. You gotta check it out. It’s one of Dubai’s best curated multi-brands stores!

This is the kind of impeccable customer service we hardly see anymore. Professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on the customer. I’m extremely happy with my swimsuit and even happier with the experience. Highly recommend!

Purchased a dress and wanted to return it. The brand only offers store credit for in-store purchases (which was my case) and refunds if the item was purchased online - effectively punishing customers for visiting their store and browsing in-person. Truly strange and unheard of in retail!

I've been shopping at Sand Dollar for years. In my opinion it's the best beach boutique in the UAE. The products are of exceptional quality and there is something there for everyone. Be it a stunning beach outfit, gorgeous day dress or even something a bit sparkly and fun for the evening. Their staff are great! Always ready to assist and offer advice or styling tips. If you order online you can try before you buy which is a rarity in Dubai but such a bonus! Delivery is always on time and very quick. Absolutely love this shop! Keep doing what you do!

Just wanted to say what a great store this is. It has a really nice arrangement of beachwear for both children and adults, the assistant in our hotel ‘Maria’ was so helpful who went out of her way to order in a beach coverup that wasn’t in store but showing as stock online. After a day or two the item was delivered to the store in our hotel, where Maria went out of her way to let us know it had arrived, it was a perfect fit. She’s a lovely girl who deserves 5 stars for her polite and professional nature, so nice to see and very helpful. See you next time and happy 2025.

I have purchased so many beautiful clothing items/bags from Sand dollar, even wore a dress from there tonight & receiving lots of compliments. Their delivery service is the quickest in Dubai always beautifully wrapped & drivers are friendly & polite. My go to store for up to date unique lines, luxurious fabrics & great quality.

My experience was amazing felt like I could get help but was not bothered. All staff are amazing.

We booked a last minute bouji cabana day and I realized I had nothing to wear. Found something beautiful on Sand Dollar late last night and messaged the brand querying (bordering on begging) the potential of having the item delivered early the next morning. I purchased the item at 7am with fingers crossed and got a message from the brand at 8.30 that they could fulfill the order and went a step ahead to ensure it would be under an hour for the delivery. Incredible service! The item arrived at 9am, quality and fit was perfect. Sand Dollar has totally made my day, 5 star service and products

Great first experience with Sand Dollar yesterday. I ordered 2 pairs of flip flops and they were delivered to my house the same afternoon for free. I have been struggling to find a good selection of Havianas in my size but Sand Dollar had loads. And the website is easy to navigate also. But this morning when I opened them I realised I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong sizes....totally my fault. So I emailed asking if I could exchange and immediately Jackie came back to me saying it was no problem at all, and confirming the replacements. She was really warm and friendly and helpful. And I have already received the replacements at home! I have heard loads of positive stuff about Sand Dollar before but this was my first time buying from them. I will definitely use them again. And thanks to Jackie for such excellent customer service and making everything so seamless and hassle free

The personal service from everyone down to their charming delivery drivers is wonderful and the various ranges are divine, catering to all sizes and pockets. I have been shopping at Sand dollar for a few years now and love all the brands that they carry that aren’t available at other stores in Dubai. The delivery is always really quick and the team are really helpful when I have any questions about sizing. I always used to buy online, but I have been to the Arjan store a few times and love being able try everything on.

Beautiful range of clothes, and always new brands hard to find elsewhere. The customer service is excellent as nothing is ever too much for Lucy & her team and the 3 hour delivery service is amazing. Sanddollar is my ‘go to’ store for all beach wear & gifts.
