They said they are producer, they give me different prices of a product from Thursday to Saturday, the same thing, and before installation the seat covers I asked if the price is with installation or not and he said "Yes, with Installation", After installation he said there is an extra price for installation (30% of the product price !!!), I didn't accept but this is not a fair and professional manner for a shop keeper or a service man, the product was good but the installation was terrible, very Unbreakable knots and actually the design was so that, anyway it's not a very clean work according to my expectances, also there was a very rude and nutty boy from the neighbor store that you should keep your eyes on him because he touches around and inside your car and may damage or take something of your vehicle !!!
