If you are going to eat any bread in Tehran, this is the #1 bakery to visit. Many bakeries put a lot of salt and baking soda in their breads, which make for a bad aftertaste and stomach issues, but this bakery was amazing. Their ingredients were great with no additives, and their breads were so delicious, soft, and held their moisture. I have never had such high quality barbari bread, and their sangak and taftoon were delicious for days afterward. The owner and staff are kind and friendly, and their store is very clean. Please support their business since there are not many places like this, where they value ingredients and quality first, as well as making their customers very happy! I have to note, they were very kind and inviting to our son, and gave him a little tour so he could see how they make all the different breads. :) Thank you for an unforgettable experience and also for making bread I can eat without any side effects!!
