If pathetic is a word for describing this hospital then that would be nothing in comparison to what you would experience there.Stray cats running in and out of the ward area.The upper floors looks straight out of a dystopian movie.They did not properly santize the equipments before using it, the tongue holder which was placed into my mouth was not sanitized properly.Doctor aanengil aeyy preshnam onnum illa ellam oru thonal aan, thonal alle ellam ennoru reethiyil aan perumattam."Doctor throat block aayi swasam mutti", aeyy athonnum kozhappam illa athokke thonal aan.Enik thanne thonni ith doctor aano atho valla mentalist aano enn. Operation theatre oru kitchen pole aan irunnath.Partime catering inu kodukkum enn thonanu.Doctor consulation inte edel entho therakk ullath pole aan aal irunnath.If a doctor is dismissive about a patient and his concerns then why be a doctor man, go for some other profession.1450 rupees wasted successfully for some non existent cures and unflinching opinions that might never suit the tongue or the mind of a common man.

I am not giving any single star to this hospital, It was a total nightmare! The quality and service were awful, like, words can't even describe how bad. The place was swarming with mosquitoes, and nobody was around to help at night – all they cared about was the money. Seriously, I wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone. No security, quality nurses availible at night in emergency casualty.

They just simply ask you to pay money without giving the bill. We paid 1050 and when asked for the bill, they asked us to come some other day and collect it. One of the receptionist was so busy and reluctant as she was talking and laughing in the phone. There are no proper chairs to sit. The doctor when explained to him about the condition was simply laughing and stating that it was just the patient's imagination. Very unprofessional tbh. And about the hygiene, they won't sanitize their equipments and simply put them in the mouth of the patients. Never go to this hospital, as they will rob you and act cool with that.

I thank Dr Anwar for his support for helping me out in clearing my infected septo fess post op infection ( done at another hospital) I was able to breath properly and travel to dubai for work , thank you Anwar sir for helping me !! I recommend him, he is highly skilled ! #respect

Worst experience ever,The staff doesn't have time to care for patients; instead, they just sit and chat. It's the worst experience ever. The patient arrived at the hospital in an emergency due to dizzines, and the staf told to consult ENT department Please don't ever go to this hospital🙏🙏🙏

Dr. Anwar Rasheed is a very good doctor and a truly down-to-earth person. He listens carefully, clearly understands the problem, and prescribes treatment accordingly. From the way he communicates, you can easily recognize his experience. The treatment given is excellent. On the cost side, it is a bit expensive, similar to other private hospitals. Cleanliness and hygiene could be improved, but overall the services are ok.

I have been visiting this hospital for almost 20 years, and my trust in their care has only grown stronger with each experience. Recently, My father was admitted for 5 days, and I must say that the entire staff, from doctors to nurses, provided exceptional medical attention and support throughout my stay.The hospital’s reception counter deserves special appreciation — the team there is always professional, courteous, and efficient. They handle all queries patiently, guide visitors clearly, and make the admission and discharge process smooth and stress-free.Over the years, their commitment to patient care, cleanliness, prompt service, and compassionate approach has remained consistent. I am truly grateful for the comfort, reassurance, and excellent treatment I receive every time I come here. This hospital has been my first choice for decades, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking quality healthcare.

I went to Santhwana hospital with a injury to my right hand. The doctors and nurses attended to me quickly and gave me stitches without much pain. Thanks a lot to the doctor in casualty for treating me so well.

The doctors need multiple doctor's advice to confirm and finally everyone of the doctor will refer/recommend you to the senior most doctor and he confirms the same and may be with different set of medicines. The outcome of this is they will charge OP for all doctors and different sets of medicines. How come patient is responsible for paying OP for different doctors, if the first doctor we visited is lacking experience to confirm his analysis

No xray at night, better now a days

I had severe ear pain since 1 week. I came here late at night for treatment. The ENT doctor on duty diagnosed with infection and gave me medication. Thankful to Santhwana hospital for having ENT doctors at such late times also.

Dr Salim is one the blessed and trusted ENT doctors I have met in my lifetime, his diagnosis and explanation about the issues are best. My father was diagnosed with facial paralysis, within 2 months he was back to normal, we had even relatives from other states after years of ENT problems getting cured by Dr Salim

Worst hospital... Not even valued for 1 star. I went there for stitch removal. Op charge was 100,consultation charge 300 without any consultation.. 200 for the stitch removing procedure... They don't even know to remove stitch properly.... Think twice before stepping to this hospital...

I will say thankyou all of the staffs including Doctors🙏🙏🙏. Because i had an accident on sunday morning, and the in jury in my head was big(8 stiches ) i went this hospital for treatment, the front office suddenly given op and i went for seeing doctor, MR. SALIM SIR AND MRS ANI MADAM was very help full every thing, then they suggests to go 2nd floor for putting stiches, there i saw one nurse standing ans she was polite and out standing help for me like a mother, At last i must want to say one Doctor she is the one came for putting stiches im my head, and i was totaly afraid, then i dont know what they have done in my head, one injunction in my head and 8stiches how they done i dont know with out any pain, but they are not telling there name, thay why iam not mentioned here, but on (sunday 13/07/2025 they both are in operation theater) Any way 🙏🙏🙏🙏 thankyou so much the TEAM SANTHWANA HOSPITAL realy appreciated❤️❤️❤️❤️

Collecting Registration fee for already registered patient for each visit after 30 days. No such experience from any other hospitals.

Very good service and treatment in casualty. But their charges are high!
