Same like an airport very good services.... the problem is no any atm machine over there and staff didn't advise/ learn operate self service machines no zebra cross on the road infront of station... transportation no issues all fleets are comfortable and new also

This Inter-city Bus station is closed. New one is in the same location as Sulaimaniya SAR Train Station, right side of the drop off area.

No roles for ladies in this bus service, Peoples are setting in ladies sets, Today I visited to balad with my family frome Al bawadi Jeddah in bus number 09, I asked to drive for provid sett for my family he said I am sorry I am helpless you come in other bus, it is beheaver of this bus staff. محطة صغيره جدا و غير منظمه نحتاج مبنى اكبر كراسي منطقه الانتظار غير مريحة منطقة انتظار السيدات صغيره (فقط ١٥كرسي) هناك كافتيريا صغيره وحده الحمام قديم جدا لكن مقبول و نظيف العاملين محترمين جدا عملت حجز التذاكر في اقل من خمسه دقائق من الشباك داخل المحطه لان موقع سباتكو لا يدعم الدفع بسداد هناك مكائن خدمة ذاتيه لحجز التذاكر اربعه لاتعمل! English Sadly small waiting area.. not organized in service as it should be In the second biggest city in the country (jeddah) But The staff was friendly and helpful *No screen to show the buses scheduled in female waiting area *Restrooms are clean with attending staff *only one canteen and one store for luggage *the calls for bus services are only Arabic *drop off and pick up area is messy Full of private cars owners who should be banned from gathering over customers

شہروں کے درمیان چلنی پبلک ٹرانسپورٹ مملکت کی واحد ٹرانسپورٹ ہے، سعودی شہریوں کی اس ٹرانسپورٹ سروس سے سفر کی عدم دلچسپی کے سبب سہولتوں اور عملے کے رویے پر کوئی توجہ نہیں دی جاتی، البتہ بڑے شہروں کے درمیان سفر کے لیے نسبتا سستی سفری سہولیات ہیں۔ سروس میں بہتری کی بہت گنجائش ہے۔۔۔جدہ میں جس جگہ یہ اڈہ واقع ہے یہاں دن کو ہروقت بے پناہ رش ہونے کی وجہ سے مسافروں کو بہت پریشانی اٹھانی پڑتی ہے، کمپنی کو چاہیے کہ اس اڈے کو کسی کھلی جگہ پر منتقل کرے۔

سافرت مع سابتكو من جدة إلى الرياض يوم الأحد 14/9، وللأسف لم تكن التجربة مريحة. أولاً. ، محطات الوقوف التي توقفنا فيها لم تكن مناسبة، إذ لم تتوفر مطاعم أو خدمات معروفة وموثوقة، وهذا أثر على راحة الركاب خصوصًا في رحلة طويلة. كنت أتوقع مستوى أعلى من الاهتمام براحة المسافرين، سواء من ناحية تعامل السائق أو اختيار محطات توقف توفر خدمات جيدة. أرجو من إدارة سابتكو الاهتمام بهذه النقاط لتحسين تجربة السفر مستقبلًا .لاسف ما تفرق التذاكر مميزه عن عاديه إلا في زياده الفلوس يعني اللغاء المميزه يأخذون 30/ بمئه خساره فلوس على فاض نفس الكراسي وشاشه ما تشتغل

This station has been closed, kindly visit to sulemania train station .(there is a new saptco bus station) together with NWHBUS also.

Une place bien organisée, on peut même réserver par internet, les voyages sont disponibles 24/24, la possibilité de perte de bagages est quasi inexistante. Il y se trouve un kiosque en cas de besoin d'eau ou de la nourriture, On peut même avoir de l'aide de la part des ouvriers, l'étrange par rapport à d'autres station c'est vraiment calme. Les chauffeurs respectent l'horaire des prières, et s'arrêtent de temps en temps pour se détendre surtout quant le voyage est long.

If you are here for local bus service in Jeddah city, Rural area bus services not here and you will get the buses from near "Mahmal buiding" or just opposite of the "Masjid Yousuf Mohammad Naghi". Now local bus trip payments by the Smart Card, its cost of 5 riyal and you can recharge it later any amount, per trip 3.15 riyal (including VAT).

اسوء التجارب في حياتي الباص نزلني ف نص الهدد وابلغ الاداره يقولو اخذنا الاجراء اللازم طيب واشتراكي طيب وتعبي اللي انهلكتو

Bad service. Social distancing is not observed. The staff inside the Ticket section is not wearing face mask, the Staff in Deportation area is not wearing mask. Today May 9, 2021 I saw 4 staff of this company not wearing facemask.

Very horrible experience.. This bus station no longer exists. I dont know why they are not having time to update this. The new one for intercity travel is at the train station. I missed my bus ti Riyadh even though I arrived at this wrong destination 1 hour before. Even the people around this location don't know about the new spot. This location should be taken down from Google.
