Saraya Tower

I'm not surprised why the tenants in this building are moving out because of the bad behavior of the supervisor security guard.....everything is not allowed for him' come on we paid 90kaed for this building then he will just watched our move all the time like a cctv! He not even say goodmorning back everytime you see him downstairs! In short rude. Maintenance people are good they are excellent' except the one guard! The main problem here is! I have visitors coming and they have dog with them, which is I invited them coz i know this Saraya tower has tenants here that they have dog live with them, And the guards say when i told him why you not allowing them to come in since i know there is people here live with the dog. And he said no they not live in this building anymore i kicked them out already bcoz not allowed pet in this building whahahahha come on! Really guard!!! you kicked the tenant out coz they have pet!!! Ohhh!!!!Now the guard has the power to kicked the tenant out! So liar. After arguing with him i saw the tenant walking back to the building with her dog and i confronted that liar guard!!!!!!!!!!!

Home sweet home ❤️ الشقة نظيفة جدًا والمبنى بشكل عام مرتب ونظيف. جميع العاملين متعاونين جدًا والخدمات ممتازة. الصيانة سريعة ومتفهمة لأي ملاحظة. المسبح صغير نوعًا ما، لكنه يظل جيد ومناسب للاستخدام. بشكل عام تجربة السكن رائعة. The apartment is very clean, and the building is well-maintained and tidy. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful, and the services are excellent. Maintenance is quick and efficient whenever something is needed. The swimming pool is a bit small, but still nice and usable. Overall, a great living experience .

The only thing good about these flats are the space and cleanliness of the building. Else the facilities are below average .. very poor gym .. the smallest pool I’ve seen for a 19 floor building. The service elevator is very small for furniture.. you’d have to have some items carried to top floors which is sad. Kitchen has very little counter space. For the price of these you can get better with actual facilities and a larger service elevator.

I've been living here for 4 years. Great location with access to lots of shops and restaurants around, yet it's quiet. It would be nice to have some green walking areas in front of the main door so we don't have to walk to dirt. Also, 1st floor terrace gets trash thrown down on it from top floors. Still not resolved despite all the complaints filed to the management.
