I have been buying flowers from this shop for a long time, and I also own a small business that requires professional wrapping services. Today, I placed an order and requested wrapping. I waited for approximately 20 minutes after another customer. However, a customer who arrived after me was served first, and I was not acknowledged or given proper attention by the staff. I am very disappointed with this experience. Due to the lack of professionalism and service, I will not be purchasing from this shop again.

Very disappointed with this flower shop. The staff weren’t helpful when I tried to explain what I wanted. It felt like they just wanted to rush me out instead of actually helpin. I explained clearly how I wanted my bouquet to be arranged, but they didn’t listen at all. The flowers were messy and nothing like what I asked for. Not to mention he couldn’t speak kurdish

Respective staff, nice flowers. But i faced a problem many times there , the staff do not know kurdish they are arabs

In the first shop of twimalik Street, this elegant flower shop takes the place . After renovation, it becomes one of the most elegant flower shops in town , flowers, gifts, balloons, and many other items ....

they are not respecting appointments with prior arrangements otherwise they have nice flowers.
