Sasha’s Food Court is a super convenient stop just minutes from Colombo Airport, making it the perfect first stop after landing. With a wide variety of cuisines and an impressive selection of both vegetarian and meat dishes, it truly feels like a little heaven for tourists. The vegetarian buffet is especially convenient, offering a good spread of fresh, flavorful dishes. The veggie pasta really hit the mark, and the spring rolls and pizza were quite tasty—definitely kid-approved. There’s also a fresh fruit station serving refreshing mocktail mojitos, which was a lovely touch after a long flight. Overall, Sasha’s is a great place to grab a quick, satisfying meal before hitting the road—especially if you’re heading from Colombo to Kandy. Convenient, varied, and family-friendly.

We ordered the corn and egg soup as a starter, and for the main dishes we had the fried fish with boiled vegetables, chicken lasagna, and chicken fried rice. The soup had no real flavor and tasted heavily loaded with MSG. The fried fish and vegetables were too oily and quite unpleasant — using butter instead of cheap oil would have made a big difference. The chicken fried rice had a moderate taste but was served without chili paste. The chicken lasagna was also average; the chicken pieces could be smaller to improve texture and flavor. Overall, the food quality is below average and there’s plenty of room for improvement.

We had a great experience at Sasha Food Court. It’s an excellent choice for families because of the spacious seating and the dedicated kids' play area which keeps the little ones entertained. The staff is very friendly and efficient, helping us navigate the massive menu. The portions are quite generous and the flavors are authentic. It’s definitely one of the best-managed food courts in the area with a very pleasant aroma and clean facilities. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍👍👍👍

Food: 2/5 Service: 1/5 Atmosphere: 5/5 Dined in for dinner, and the experience was disappointing. The atmosphere is excellent—modern, spacious, large parking space and visually appealing—but unfortunately, the positives end there. The food quality was below average for the price. Portions were inconsistent, flavors were bland, and some dishes were not served hot. For a spend of around Rs 1,000–2,000 per person, it didn’t feel worth the money. The service was very poor. We waited more than 45 minutes in receiving just a fried rice even there was very few customers. Staff appeared disorganized and inattentive. What was most frustrating was that I informed the manager about these issues, but there was no concern or effort to resolve the situation. The lack of response made the experience even worse. Overall, Sasha Minuwangoda Food Court has great ambience, but poor service, average food, and management indifference ruin the experience. Significant improvements are needed.

The only saving grace was the taste of the pizza. Service was horrible. Totally ignore u and the wait was super long. Waiters walk pass blindly and when u call them they act like they never saw u. When ordered a drink from e dispenser machine, even that took ages to come. Food looked average. Drivers will stop u here from e airport. Avoid this. A briyani costs SGD$20. Dun spoil your mood w this service crew.

Bit of an upscale place that we went to for our last meal in Sri Lanka prior to flying to Hyderabad. The fruit juices and the Sri Lankan falooda were my favourite things to drink. The food was alright but nothing to write home about. Everything else was great though!

Ordered cheese and chicken pasta and it was a complete disappointment. Calling this a “cheese and chicken pasta” is misleading—it tasted like plain milk, not cheese. The dish looked unappetizing, the pasta was soggy, and the sauce was watery and flavorless. It felt like pasta dumped into milk and served without any care. Charging Rs. 2,430.00 for something this poorly made is outrageous. Absolute waste of money and definitely not worth it

Food: The quantity is huge. They give many items in the platter but the taste is Very average. I ate the chicken biriyani platter which comes with lots of chicken pieces inside and an extra chicken leg piece grilled, raita, extra meat and gravy, salad, some pineapple and pickle. You will be full after eating all of them but you wont be satisfied with the taste. Its as if the food is missing something but you dont know what it is. Service: Good. The waiting time was around 20-30min. Staffs were helpful. But there is always room for improvement. Atmosphere: Very beautifully decorated. Just beside the highway. Its quite photogenic. No complain with the atmosphere.

Best place to dine in! Delicious food and beverage!! Love the food each trip!! A bit expensive but worth it. Huge dining area and parking, inclusive diner. Service is also better compared to other places. Toilets are clean but old. No toilet papers. Kids friendly! Kids play are is also available.

I went here for a quick tea. There was a lot of delicious and fresh food. The staff was friendly but we had to wait a long time. The special thing is that there is a big fan installed on the roof so it is cool inside. There is a playground for the children and there is a good parking space.

Sasha Food Court is a place I visit every time I’m in Katunayake. They offer a huge variety of food, and most of what I’ve tried tastes really good. The staff is friendly and service is generally decent. That said, I think they seriously need to rethink their pricing. Almost everything is priced at a premium, and some items, especially the fresh juices, don’t feel worth what you pay. If the place was air-conditioned and the overall service experience was improved, the higher prices might feel more reasonable. Right now, it feels a bit too expensive for what you get. The location isn’t air-conditioned, but they do have the biggest fan I’ve ever seen, which helps a little with comfort during hot days. Overall, still a good food stop if you’re in the area, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Restaurante en la carretera con un despliegue de platos muy abundante. Bollería local para desayuno, buffett con gran variedad de platos y zona de zumos y batidos muy completa. También tienen té negro, fuertecito. Buen sitio si pasa por ahí con hambre Baños en un lado del local, bastante regulares. Sucios e incompletos. Llévate papel porque solo tienen manguera. 2/5
