I recently had the opportunity to fly business and first class with this airline, and overall, it was a positive experience. The in-flight service was exceptional, with attentive staff and comfortable seating. The availability of non-stop flights to a wide range of destinations was a significant advantage, making travel more convenient and efficient. However, the lounge experience left much to be desired. The facilities were not up to the standard expected for premium passengers, and there was room for improvement in terms of amenities and comfort. Despite this, the overall journey was enjoyable, and I would recommend this airline for its excellent in-flight service and extensive route options. With some enhancements to the lounge experience, it could become an even better choice for travelers.

worst customer service.. i had to update name in ticket and the gate employees just said no..as per policy. I went to sales office told me it wasn't possible as well as less than 2 houra till flight. the phone service is worthless, told me he can only change 3 letters. the sales employee felt bad after 1 hour and told me he will make an attempt to clear his conscious. Surprisingly it worked!!! before my flight by 5 mins after 1 hour of stalling. Phone service was bad, and the gates employees and supervisors are the worst.

Vol annulé et aucune information sur la raison, la prise en charge est quasi inexistante (une bouteille d'eau après une nuit à patienter et dormir par terre) Actuellement toujours bloqués à l'aéroport de Riyadh, nous ne savons même pas si nous allons avoir un autre vol pour Paris dans la journée ou plus tard...

جيدة قضيت تقريباً ١٥ دقيقة و تم خدمتي في ٣ دقايق تقريباً في ادخال الشنطة لكن مع بطاقة صعود اونلاين

Zero. No one knows anything about anything. I called customer care to ask a question about taking pets on board and they told me they dont know the answer and that I should check their website. After checking the website and not finding the answer, I contacted them by phone again and went to their offices at the airport twice to ask about how I should take my cat with me from Riyadh to Dubai, finally I get an answer that I just need to book my cat's ticket 2 hours before my actual flight and that it will be very easy, no hassle. To my surprise, I arrive at the airport early on the day of my flight, with all my luggage and my cat and they tell me that I cannot board the flight because Dubai airport doesn't allow cats to enter with passengers in cabin and that they will EXECUTE her if she enters the country!!! I missed my flight, lost money, was forced to ship my cat in cargo, paid more money, stressed out about more and more paperwork... Just because one person from the call center or desk couldn't answer my question 3 weeks before my actual flight. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Never this airline again.

If I can put zero star , I would have selected it. The worst customer service and not honest and the worst airline : - flights never on time - if you miss a connecting flight because of their delay , no one will support you - you will be given the worst/ latest flight even that earlier ones are available - if you want complain by phone , no one will answer anyway - in Riyadh airport no one supports you ! - if you complain through website , no one will reply back !

To the supervisor who caused me a 10,000 riyal loss on 4 tickets on 29th March 2025, counter 402 onwards for 10:50 flight to Abu Dhabi, may you be blessed with a peaceful sleep for your ignorance towards UAE visa didn’t only ruin our Eid holiday but also caused severe distress to our family including a 2 month old baby. You certainly brought a bad name to Saudia Airlines.

If there is minus score i will give it. Customer relation doesnt help anything or giving any compensation despite they are overbook. Stranded in riyadh airport for 12 hours because of this

في واحد اسمه عبدالله في أول كاونتر على اليسار واجهة سيئة للخطوط السعودية دخلنا 2025 ومازلنا في عقلية اذا مروق الموظف تتيسر اجراءاتك واذا ماهو مروق يعقدها بالأسئلة الطويلة لدرجة انه يطلب صورة الجواز من السعودي المسافر لأبو ظبي لا بارك الله فيه ولا بأمثاله عساه تنقرض هالعينات

Need more working hours flexible time to reduce the visitors load. Not many employees at the same time, which causes long time waiting in the queue. WhatsApp automatic service is much effective, and it caused me loss of tickets return due to system issue and couldn't handle that face to face due to the long waiting time in the branch as I needed to go to my work and ain't got no time to meet an agent 😢 😞

Very bad experience today at ticket scanning gate next to check in counters. A lady pretending that only 8 OR 9 Kg are allowed as maximum weight in carry on luggage. They should be better informed and know the industry standards and the limit as per Saudia Airlines T’s and C’s is 10 Kg. Very rude behaviour

I hope someday Saudia understands that last minute confirmations to take our pets is an obstacle for many tourists to come to Saudi from Europe. In Spain, there are more dogs than kids, can you imagine if we could have certainty that our pet will fly…? We live in Riyadh, and I cannot know if I can go to have or vacation leave at home cause the airline does not commit to its clients to confirm a pet carriage….they are our family! We are tired to look for another airlines, like qatar airways or Turkish airlines to take our family home! Saudia is the only airline that has direct flights to Barcelona…and we cannot know if we can fly until the last minute…a complete lack of empathy.

تعامل ممثلي مكتب المبيعات سيء جداً ولا يليق تمثيل الخطوط السعودية، زرت مكتب المبيعات يوم الجمعة ١١ اكتوبر ٢٠٢٤ الساعه ١١:٤٠ وكان في موظفين تعاملهم للاسف سيء ولا يليق بهم العمل مع السعودية، اضافة الى عدم تقديمهم اي خدمة بخصوص التذاكر في حال رحلتك لم تكن في نفس اليوم !!!

Saudi airlines is running a baggage fee scam. They told me I couldn’t bring my international standard 10kg carry on onboard my flight from Riyad to Istanbul bc they only allow 7kg. Very annoying and excessively restrictive, but fine. They then charged me 800 riyals (215 dollars) to check the bag! International flights have a standard 1 free checked bag on every other airline. Avoid these thieves.

I had there a very bad experience. On 22nd February at 3 pm, I was there to change my ticket. The employee on counter 4 was very rude and, without telling me the reason, he told me to go to the main office to do this change .
