The **SAWO Center** did a wonderful job **caring for and spaying** the cats 🐱. The admission was on Saturday 🗓️, the spaying happened on Sunday 🏥✂️, and they provided one update after the surgery and another update before discharge on Thursday–Friday to let me know the cats were ready to go home 📩✨, which I truly appreciated. The cats were very well cared for in a clean, hygienic, and affordable environment 🧼🏥💚. They also ensured proper medical attention, including deworming and rabies vaccination 💉🐾. I’m truly grateful for their dedication, professionalism, and affordable services ❤️👏, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for responsible, compassionate, and budget-friendly animal care 🌟🐶🐱.

We got our female cat sterilized through SAWO and had a very good experience overall. They handled everything professionally — from the procedure to post-operative care. Our cat was kept under observation, given proper medicines, deworming and vaccination, and she is recovering well and behaving normally. What really stood out was their genuine concern for animals and the way they manage treatment with responsibility and compassion. It’s reassuring to see an organisation that truly works for animal welfare. Highly recommended for anyone looking for ethical, trustworthy care for animals.

I’m not sure who I spoke to at SAWO. Being an organisation for welfare of stray dogs. I contacted them as there was a 4-5 months old stray dog limping and in very bad condition at Jijamata Chowk. The person responded after 3 hours as they mentioned they were driving. The tone of that person seems to come from some elite and almost rude mindset. Like you are lucky to even get a reply from me. I am so busy. They will happily leave stray dogs out there to die on the street in their area. If your organisation was doing good, I wouldn’t have found the dog in that condition on the road. Seems you only want to cater to pets and run the NGO. I would be grateful if you can prove me wrong. Don’t want to make any comments about the whole team, as I interacted with only one person. Just judging from their attitude I would never recommend anyone to take their strays or pets here. Not able to add photos otherwise I would have shared chat screenshots. This person told me it’s tick fever and told me someone already contacted for that dog. He looks better etc. I fail to believe him. The dog did not look in good condition. When asked if their team did a on ground visit - no answer to that. Contacted Sahas NGO after them, they clearly mentioned the dog was showing signs of distemper, and gave me further contacts incase I wanted to take action. That’s the difference in mindset and behaviour. Sorry to say- but you people don’t deserve the name SAWO. Stray animal welfare? More like Pet animal welfare. There’s a difference in mindset and behaviour and hence you people deserve this rating. Whoever I spoke to. Thank you . I would never take my adopted pet to you just considering the attitude.

I Got a 3 stray cats sterilized and had a very good experience. The procedure was safe, and the team handled the cats with great care. The recovery was smooth, and the cats became calmer and healthier after the procedure. It’s really a great step for controlling the stray population in a humane way. I truly appreciate the efforts of the team and highly recommend sterilization for anyone caring for stray cats. It makes a big difference for both the animals and the community. Highly Recommend!

We had a wonderful experience at SAWO when they neutered our cat. Initially, we were very nervous, but after visiting SAWO, we felt reassured and confident. They took great care of our cat and kept us regularly updated about her health. They looked after her for 5 days post-surgery and also gave her the rabies vaccine and deworming. During these five days, they provided all her food and medicines as well. Today, we brought our cat home, and she is doing great — jumping all over the place and full of energy. Seeing her so happy and healthy makes us really grateful. Thank you, SAWO, for taking such wonderful care of her. ❤️🐾

Great experience . Excellent affordable Surgery as per planned schedule & great post care of dogs & cats. Pick up & drop facility was also as per schedule. Recommended for Animal birth control community/ cooperative society dogs &cats. Excellent transperancy and crystal clear communication with sharing videos at group. We got our cat spayed from this place. The surgery was stress free. Regular updates were given and they took utmost care of my cat during the 5 days she was there. After the surgery they made sure that she was feeling okay and only then after a few days they discharged her. I would say trust them completely cause at SAWO you’re pets are in safe hands.

I visited SAWO today. The staff there was very supportive and handled my puppy very well. The environment was also very nice for my puppy. They take great care of all the animals there. They are doing a really wonderful job. My best wishes to them!

I got two of my female cats neutered here, and the experience was excellent. The staff took great care of them throughout the process and kept me updated with timely messages during their admission. Really appreciate their professionalism and compassion towards animals! Highly recommend their services.

I am so so thankful to the Team Sawo for saving life of our Kalu (Stray Cat in my area). I called Mr. Sarang very early in the morning he replied immediately. Looking at kalu's serious health condition he provided all the treatment in time. All staff members are really very nice and friendly. Every pet lover around this area must know this place. I'm grateful to SAWO for their exceptional care of my cat. They provided expert neutering, 5-day post-op care, food, medicines, and ambulance service. They also conduct regular ABC drives, showcasing their commitment to animal welfare. My cat's recovering well, thanks to them 🙌.

Good place to get the cats neutered and sterilized however the person taking the slot bookings is extremely rude. I understand that it is an ngo and they are doing it as a social activism, I get that however instead of rudely asking us to go to someone else when we were under the impression that our new adopted cat was indie wasn't delightful to hear. There is no half story as you people definitely are pretty arrogant when we had details and were just confirming. It isn't like we didn't pay the money or cheapstake you anywhere. But you people instead of responding chose to be arrogant jerks and say get it done from somewhere else which was anything but an advice or suggestion as you claim. You are well within your rights to decline however this unprofessional attitude of yours is extremely uncalled for. At the end of the day your noble work wouldn't change your arrogance towards the people who are seeking help.

We just got our cat Noori operated on through SAWO. They take great care of the animals. I felt very good. Thank you very much, SAWO team. You are doing a great job. Together we can all help.

I am writing this with a very heavy heart. We trusted SAWO NGO with our cat’s life and paid a huge amount of ₹2500 for his treatment and daily dressings. Within just 3 days, he passed away. It feels like they are only interested in money, not saving lives. If you love your cat, please do NOT give them to this NGO. If you don't care about your pet's life, only then consider them. They take your money and return a dead pet. Extremely irresponsible and heartless organization.

We recently visited this place as part of our organization activity. They are doing these all out of noble cause. The main caretaker belongs to the IT field and somehow manages this welfare very carefully. This is purely for street dogs and cats from Indian breeds, no other breeds are allowed here, considering they need to use these limited facilities to help stray animals. Quite a dedication required for this. Keep doing.

I had a great experience with the SAWO team. We used to hear crying sound of puppies from an grass covered open plot which is located behind our house for almost 2-3 days. We understood that they are stuck over there and were shivering due to cold and continuous rain. So, I contacted the owner of SAWO, Mr. Sarang for the same and within an hour he sent two of his team members Govind and Siddhesh dada for rescuing those puppies. Both of them were friendly and despite of the heavy rain they both managed to rescue those puppies and handed them over to us. Hatsoff SAWO team for rescuing many such lives and Thankyou so much!!!

Adopted my second dog from Sawo. They do not entertain boarding but have always given medical attention to the strays and my own pets when needed. They keep the area around clean as well.
