All staff treat us like we are a employee of them and they pay us for print your own passbook and all bank related work no one is provide details Thaff take lunch when they want there is no particular time for lunch in bareja branch

Rude behaviour of staff... According to rules if someone's not available or he/she is having lunch then there has to be someone who can do his/her work so that customer don't have to wait long...but they don't follow that and give answers with arrogance like "EVERYONE'S FREE TO HAVE LUNCH AT THEIR CONVENIENCE" and unfortunately the customers have to wait for so long (30-35 minutes minimum)...

Dear SBI Team, Please Upgrade Below mention Details , Your Bareja Branches Some week points below mention, 1, Firstly the branch should update its telephone number, 2, The staff members here are not good with the customers. 3, It takes 3 to 4 days to activate an ATM card and 10 to 15 days for a new account.

Very bad response staff ek current account statement ke liye 3-3 din waiting karvate he and not cooperating branch manger and other staff

Disrespectful staff over there! Never got good response in back! Normally 2-3 times we have to visit for passbook updation; however, passbook printing machine is out of service out of 10-15 days in a month!

Very good service and staffs also very supportive and always proud feel to be a SBIn customer.
