Unfortunately, my experience was extremely bad. This hospital puts money above everything else. The doctor does not explain things properly to the patient and does not even bother to ask if the patient has any questions. I underwent two IVF procedures, and both failed without any explanation. I did not have any previous health problems. The doctor’s response was that I should undergo a third IVF cycle, saying, “Maybe you’ll be lucky next time?” It is very clear that everything is about money; it is purely profit-driven. Moreover, the hospital is extremely dirty and lacks basic hygiene. In the ultrasound room, the bed is not properly changed for each patient; there is only a single sheet placed under all patients, which can cause the spread of diseases. The nurses do not wear gloves while giving injections. There is also long waiting outside the doctor’s office, with the area being crowded and poorly organized. I am sorry for myself for having gone through such a harsh and painful experience.

I have some concerns and worst experience with SCI hospital Delhi and how my family members and friends were treated in that hospital. Every business has their intentions to make money but they are turning into strictly business not caring about patients at all. Before they get the money and confirmations from patients they are very caring and communication is very good. But as soon they collect the money from patients they do not care about the patients at all. Their service and accommodations are so bad. Charging money for accommodations but most of the appliances are bad, doesn't work. Not clean. But they don't care about anything. Every patients require laproscopi before ET. Why is that. It sounds like doctors intentionally doesn't provide any treatment or medication for those cyst not to grow or anything. They does the laproscopi and sends patients home without any further preventing symptoms or treatment. There are lot of treatments medications for those cysts not to grow. But the doctors doesn't do anything about it. They just wait for patients to come back for pick up or ET and tells them you need surgery again for those cyst. Thats not how it should be. Not only that after the patients leave there is no way you can get back to the doctors with any issues. Those stuffs are very rude and they dont send any messages to the doctors. What kind of services is this? You are running your business through the patients money but you can't serve them properly. Thats totally inhumane. They have every other ways to charge the patients extra money. They forces the patients to buy medicine from them which is 10 to 15% more expensive than out side. Kind of threats to patients that if you buy the medications from outside and any miscarriage or anything happens we won't be responsible. With that being said does the hospital has their own pharmaceutical which they produce their own medicines? If so, they should proof that's to the patients before they charges all extra money. They have to have some responsibility as patients are spending all these money and trusting their services. In that case people should go somewhere else if they can't serve the patients properly. Stuff and doctors should be available for after issues or concerns patients has or facing. These kind of services are not one time or without connections or unrelated. So, please patients think twice before you spend your money here.
