As a foodie, I’ve tried ice cream all over the world. Given the high price and the claim that it’s freshly made, my expectations were high — unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. I ordered pistachio and peanut flavors, and my husband chose European chocolate. First of all, the texture was closer to frozen yogurt than real ice cream. The pistachio flavor was completely tasteless — there was absolutely no pistachio taste at all, and I had to throw it away. The peanut flavor was better, but still only a 5/10. My husband is a big chocolate lover, yet he couldn’t finish his ice cream either, saying it tasted like very cheap chocolate. Honestly, selling three scoops for 115 AED sets very high expectations, and this experience didn’t come close to meeting them. I truly believe you can do much better.

Visited Time out in dubai mall and I found this Ice cream place named Scoopi. I tried Pistachio Crepe roll and my brother got this Pistachio Ice cream, also European chocolate. All of them goods taste goods and it's worth the price.

Best ice cream I’ve ever had. I’m shocked the rating is not higher. Fresh, flavorful and large portions. I got the pistachio and it was the best I ever had…I went back the next day for the peanut butter ice cream and could not believe it was EVEN BETTER!!

Some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had. Seriously. All over the world. Made fresh on demand. I actually came back here several times on my trip to order. The European Chocolate is perfection!!! Very nice staff too.

Sooo good! Oreo cookies ice cream is amazing! The richness of the flavor is mind blowing. Along with that, they had alot of other dessert, like pan cake, waffle, crepe, etc

The ice cream is really fresh and you can tell they use good machines and ingredients, but it’s honestly way too expensive. Even the cones are AED 14, which feels a bit much even if they’re freshly made. Tastes good, but the prices don’t feel justified.

One of the best ice I have ever tasted. Only portion size should be illustrated a bit better I ordered 2 scoops thinking I can eat both but was way to much. One is more than enough

The waffle was nice and crispy as requested, but we expected more chocolate. Got the nutella & strawberry waffle and crepe.

Wow. This was the best ice cream I’ve had in a very long time. It’s made right in front of you, is not overly sweet and flavors are balanced. Portions for each flavor are large, like 2.5 scoops per order. I love the Madagascar vanilla, European dark chocolate, Italian nutella flavors, and I especially recommend the peanut butter!

This is way too expensive, but I still wanted to give it a try because Time Out is my go-to place. It was definitely the worst ice cream I've ever had, I couldn't finish it and it left a terrible bitter taste in my mouth

The best ice cream I’ve had in my life. I go to this place for 2 years in a row and bring all my friends and family here all the time. Literally everyone loves Scoopi ice cream as much as I do! Highly recommend!

Quality deserts, excellent customer service! Bit pricey but its worth it.

The portion crepes in this place Funny. For 40 AED you get 1/4 portion of normal food. They use 1 strawberry for 5 portion. First and last time in this place!!!!

Very expensive and poor quality pistachio ice cream. Avoid. Much better ice cream in Dubai from Wonderbee. Even Baskin Robbins is better!
