Worst ever service... There is only single customer & we have ordered one cold coffee & one french fries. They have taken almost 35-40 minutes to prepare it. Serious Both staff members are doing just timepass & action of preparing our order for almost 30 min. Very poor service & too much over priced if compared to quality & quantity. Very rude behaviour by staff.

A unique cafe to study,photography and read books. No loud noises which will help you a lot to concentrate on what you do. They do have a variety of food and drinks you can select from. Trust me! You will never be disappointed for sure! A memorable place to relax. I really like the atmosphere, good food, and nice interior.If you’re up for a fresh place with beautiful architecture then this is must to visit.The atmosphere is cozy and nice,certainly.....

This is a fancy place. Decorations and ambience are very beautiful and classy. It's a photogenic place. I would suggest you to have the ice creams and shakes here instead of the food. The food is also good but it's speciality lies in Ice creams. There should be some more items in the veg food like some more kinds of burgers and sandwiches. Enough seating space with some fancy chairs. No non-veg items. Although veg items are limited, they taste good. Prices are reasonable. Good place, do try out. Thank You.

Place which once you visit you will surely revisit. Everything is superb-food, dessert, shakes, vibes, ambiance, lighting, service. Totally VFM. Some dishes are unique and all are reasonably priced. Location is great too. It is a hot favourite place of all my friends in Sangli. Best place to celebrate birthdays, date someone I am not sure because everytime we visit we meet someone we already know, if you are expecting a little privacy. Great to chill out.

Great experience ! fantastic test with true cost, hygiene is well maintained , different ice-cream flavours are also available .Quiet place at crowdy area. Shop also provide you prebooking orders for birthday and other functions so you can enjoy with your friends and family.

The owner doesn’t know the basics of desserts. I ordered a Tiramisu but got cold coffee with ice cream which was too sugary. They need a basic understanding of the recipes they are serving. Very poor customer service. Overall very poor experience.

Food taste is great! Just a little slow service! Word of advice : Please try to serve all order at once than serving one by one! I personally visit here for Guava flavoured Scoop of icecream 🤌

U order momo and pasta momo they sprinkal chaat masala not at all in test pasta gravy also not that aunthetic

Pretty cozy ambiance Momos Coleslaw sandwhich Brownies are the best ones to try

This is the only standard Bisto in sangli city. I suggest to try icecream else everything is good but not that bad. Very good ambiance and the wall art graffiti are awesome. Adequate space. There are many food stalsl in front of this Bisto. Cost wise it is also cheap. The photo is of cold coffee with crush which I don't suggest to have it.

Terrible wait time, rude service. The staff is not good at all. Quantity is less compared to the price.

The food is absolutely amazing taste and quality wise. The ambiance is very nice, could easily vibe around. The staff cares about your experience and the service provided is also delightful. The menu is vast consisting of a good amount of options. Overall it felt perfect.
