My experience with this company was very disappointing. Promises made during the interview were not fulfilled, and the reality inside the office is very different from what is communicated initially. The work culture is toxic, especially during the peak period from December to February, when employees are expected to work 13–14 hours a day without any additional compensation. It appears that the company hires employees mainly for peak workloads and then terminates them later by blaming performance or behavior. Overall, there is a lack of transparency, job security, and professionalism. I would not recommend this company. Please be careful and do proper research before engaging with them.

Please do not go for night shift here they will make you work like a donkey in their peak period.. You have to work literally for more than 15-16 hours a day. Additionally, they don't provide OT and travel allowances as well.. You have to travel on your own.. I think most of the 5 ⭐ reviews here are from the people working in the day shift or it could be fake.. Dont fall in the trap, you will curse yourself after joining this company. You might lose your health and your work life balance will become hell....Hope this helps..
