This company is an absolute joke. I've called them multiple times—begging, basically—for a simple quote. Nothing. Radio silence. Can you imagine? I'm the one trying to give them business, chasing them for a quote like I'm doing them a favor. If this is how they treat someone before even landing the job, just think about what the "service" would look like afterward. Total clown show. Update: After all that, I finally get the quote—and it’s straight-up insulting. Attaching the picture so everyone can see the scam for themselves. ₹35,500 for four basic IP cameras—no HD—plus a 1TB hard drive and installation. Then they tack on ₹6,500 for GST, bringing it to a ridiculous ₹42,000. For what? For garbage. These people aren’t running a business—they’re running a heist. Stay far, far away.

Services are completely worst, after selling the product no one bothered about your concern. Avoid their products if you really wanted to prevent yourself to waste money.

Excellent staff and very good experience. Team is highly supportive and good knowledge of products. Securus products are very good and value for money.

These cameras and DVR's are not good. It will give problems after 6 months and you need to Roam around local service center. I would advise to check other possibilities before buying this product. I bought this product in Hyderabad and the camera and DVR quality was not good and end up wasting money for DVR and cameras. These guys are not thinking about future customers.
