I’m a resident of Pokhara, but I had the chance to stay at this hotel in Lakeside (Street No. 16), and I was genuinely impressed. As someone who works in hospitality specifically in front office operations in the United States, I pay close attention to service standards, cleanliness, and comfort. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms are spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The bed, mattress, and pillows ensured a great rest. The staff were kind and professional and generously provided me a late check out, which I truly appreciated. The location is extremely convenient, close to top clubs and excellent restaurants, and the hotel also offers parking space. The pricing is very reasonable for the quality provided. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located stay in Pokhara.

It looked like a budget-friendly hotel at first, but the overall experience was totally disappointing. This was the condition of the blanket cover provided in our room. We even had to call the reception using our own cellphone because the landline in the room was not working. Although the staff was talking rudely and said they would come and change the cover, nobody showed up. I don’t think this is what hospitality should mean. During check-in, the hotel made us wait on the terrace for around 1 hour and 30 minutes. Even though the official check-in time was already 12 PM, we only received our room at around 2 PM. The hotel may look attractive on social media, especially through paid TikTok advertisements, but the actual service and cleanliness did not meet expectations. I would not recommend getting influenced by those promotional videos. I hope this review helps the hotel improve its hospitality and customer service in the future.

I have a good experience at hotel see you again.The staff were friendly also owner was also helpful and kind.The most Good part was food. Food was so delicious and Rooms are also good.front view mountain face and top view also amazing. My total experience was impressive.

The rooms are very clean and they are willing to make adjustments as your requirement too. Clean and hygienic. All the staffs including owner are very reliable and makes sure you are well taken care of while u stay here. Location isn't too far from the lakeside, pretty good places around to eat as well. Highly recommend!

We loved to stay in this Hotel. Me, my wife and my son of two years. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and have space and have elevator what is a great help. In the top have a nice pool with a great view. Thank you so much for everything, we’ll be back next time… See you again.

We recommend for this hotel to stay with family. Very peaceful environment. Everything is well managed.Room is big enough. Bed is luxurious & comfortable . We can see beautiful scenery from roof top & there is restaurant & bars as well. Please go & visit with your family and friends.

The staffs were nice. View of Machhapuchhre and Annapurna Range was breathtaking from the rooms. I wouldn't recommend taking breakfast there if you're in rush to reach places as they take a long time. Overall experience was good.

Friendly people, good rooms with good service and reasonable rates. Recommended for all to check in at this place if visiting Pokhara. If you are coming with kids, there is a small swimming pool to engage your kids. And don't worry if your rooms are at 3rd or 4th floor, lift will lift you up with no extra pain on your legs.
