This is the central fish market in Seeb. The area is big and there are lots of sections where fishers sell their catches. It really depends when you go so that you can find the seafood you're looking for. I went on a Saturday and no shrimp was available. Overall, there are some good fish you can find here.

If you love fresh seafood, this place is a gem! I visited on Friday morning around 6 AM, the market is split into two areas: the wholesale auction section and the retail area where vendors display everything from tuna and shark sold per piece, to smaller fish, crabs, shrimp, and squid by the kilo. You can even grab a few single “one-off” fish that local fishermen just caught, really cool! There’s a big dedicated cleaning section where they’ll clean, cut, and pack your seafood, but expect to wait about 30 min if it’s busy. The market is very clean, well-organized, and has plenty of parking. Bring cash only, no cards accepted. Pro tip: come super early 4-5 AM if you want first pick of the freshest catch. Prices are roughly half what restaurants and shops charge, and bargaining is totally fine. Friendly sellers, wide variety that changes with the season – easily one of the best spots for authentic Muscat vibes!

سوق سمك تم افتتاح سوق سمك جديد للأسماك، لكن في خرائط جوجل تم نقل الموقع مع الصور القديمة. السوق الجديد يختلف كثيرا عن القديم. السوق الجديد داخلي ومكيف الإخوة الذين يقطعون ويصلون الأسماك لهم أماكن خاصة معزولة ومكيف أيضا. السوق الجديد افضل من السابق وفيه مواقف أكثر وأفضل
