Seerat did a wonderful job with my bridal makeup—it was soft, subtle, and beautifully natural, just the way I wanted. The hairdresser was also very skilled, and the whole experience felt calm and relaxing. Everyone loved the final look! The pricing was quite reasonable for bridal makeup, and Seerat is such a sweet person who truly understands what her clients want.

Very poor experience. Seerat was paid an additional fee for my wedding location in Ropar yet she rushed the job and left before the final reveal. There was zero follow-through or concern for whether I liked the makeup, and no touch-up kit was offered. My wedding makeup was ruined by this lack of professionalism. When you pay for a premium bridal service, you expect the artist to stay until the look is complete and satisfactory. Look elsewhere for your special day. Despite mentioning my concern to her through a follow up there was nary an apology.

I got my bridal makeup done from her and while the makeup itself was good, I was disappointed with the overall experience. Since she is a freelancer, she had hired another person for hair and draping, and that part was not up to the mark. As a bride, I even had a mishap where the dori of my blouse came off. Instead of stitching it or giving a proper fix, she applied glue—even though the fabric was thick and it was obvious it wouldn’t hold. As expected, the glue came out the moment I stepped out, and my blouse became loose again, which caused unnecessary stress on my big day. Additionally, for party makeup, draping is usually included, but she charged extra for it saying it wasn’t mentioned earlier. I was charged ₹1000 just for draping, and even then it wasn’t done properly. After correcting it 4–5 times, it looked just okay, but definitely not good.
