The doctors are very professional and accommodating but I paid 70aed on my first visit for consultation only and separate payment for the medicine. The staff handling appointments are not managing it properly, twice they schedule my appointment and in the end they reschedule it after 2 weeks and It was not appropriate to say that because we only have Daman Basic insurance, our appointment could simply be reschedule since Sunday is the only day available for us.

I recently had a pleasure of receiving exceptional care at Sheik Khalifa Medical City. The staff from the front desk to nurses and doctors, were all incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional. They went above the beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being during my stay 🥹🤍 The facilities were clean and modern, and the food was surprisingly delicious! I want to give a special shout out to Doctor Lhab Almagdub and to the nurses whos asign to take care of me (I forgot their names) for their outstanding care and dedication. 🤗 The truly made difficult experience more manageable. I would highly recommend Sheikh Khalifa Medical City to anyone need of medical care. Salute! 🫡

I couldn’t be happier with the care we have received for my father in law from Dr. Sanad (orthopedic surgeon) and his nurse (sr. Asma Jallad). They are both extremely professional, thorough, and attentive. The doctor takes the time to explain treatment options and progress, and the nurse is always kind and helpful. I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality orthopedic care.

I had a very good experience in the IV section. The service was excellent and well organized. The nurse was extremely professional and skilled. The IV insertion was done perfectly and honestly I felt no pain at all. I'm very satisfied with the care I received and truly appreciate the staff's professionalism and kindness.

Yesterday around 12 midnight, we came to the hospital due to an emergency with my sister. We were truly fortunate to be treated by Dr. Neena Ann. She is an exceptionally kind, professional, and caring doctor. Her calm approach, clear explanation, and genuine concern made a very stressful situation much easier for us. We are extremely grateful for her dedication and the excellent care she provided. A big thank you to Dr. Neena Ann. Highly recommended 🙏

Complaint Regarding UCC Treatment on February 15, 2026 I am writing to raise a complaint regarding the care my husband received at the Urgent Care Center (UCC) on February 15, 2026. At approximately 2030H, my husband was brought to UCC by ambulance due to severe lower back pain. His pain was so intense that he was unable to sit or stand. Upon arrival, he was assessed and initially managed by Dr. Ashraf (5/5). The initial treatment provided some temporary relief; however, when my husband attempted to sit in preparation for discharge, he experienced severe, excruciating pain similar to his condition upon arrival. Due to the persistence and severity of his symptoms, he was referred to Neurosurgery and assessed by Dr. Batool at around 2300H. The assessment lasted few minutes, and she verbally stated that she would review the file for further details. Shortly after, endorsement was done with the UCC physicians, and Dr. Eman came to the room and abruptly informed us that my husband was for discharge as per Neurosurgery. We were shocked and confused, as the neurosurgical review had just taken place and no clear explanation had been provided. The manner in which this information was delivered was abrupt and came across as rude and dismissive. At that time, my husband remained in severe pain and appeared pale, similar to his condition at initial presentation. We respectfully requested that Dr. Ruba return to explain the situation, as we were confused about the sudden decision to discharge him. When Dr. Batool returned, she appeared visibly upset. Her communication was unprofessional and dismissive. She stated that there was nothing to be done from the neurosurgical side and that nothing urgent was indicated. She then left the room. Outside the room, we clearly heard an argument between Dr. Batool and Dr. Eman. The exchange was unprofessional and alarming. Dr. Ruba stated, “In my side, nothing to do! If they don’t want to be discharged then call security!” Dr. Eman responded, “In my side we can’t give any more treatment as we gave maximum pain meds!” As healthcare professionals ourselves, we understand clinical processes, hospital protocols, and patient rights. Hearing such statements — especially the suggestion to call security for a patient in severe pain — was deeply distressing and unacceptable. At that point, we requested to speak with a Patient Relations Officer (PRO), as my husband was still in severe pain and physically unable to sit in a car to go home. The PRO came and discussed the matter with Dr. Eman. Following this intervention, the plan was suddenly changed, and my husband was admitted under Internal Medicine at approximately 0130H for pain management. This change in decision strongly suggests that admission was appropriate from the beginning, given his clinical condition. We were admitted for 5 days for pain maagement further diagnostic test and rehabilitation.

I’ve been visiting Asmaa Younes for physiotherapy, and she has truly been amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to understand the root cause of the problem. I’ve been struggling with a back issue for a while, and Asmaa has helped me improve significantly with her targeted exercises, guidance, and overall care. Staff are very welcoming and accomodating. Nurses are very helpful and the transport porter was kind enough to assist me from the Emergency dept to Pharmacy until I was able to get in the taxi.
