I had an appointment for my visa renewal at SEHA Khalidiya, Abu Dhabi. Unfortunately, I experienced very rude and aggressive behavior from an Egyptian nurse named Susan. Her attitude was shocking and unprofessional. When I politely asked her to calm down, she told me to leave and threatened to call the police. Later, other staff members approached me and asked what had happened. I explained the situation, and some of them mentioned that such behavior from her is a regular occurrence. I request you to please look into this matter and take strict action so that clients and coworkers are treated with respect in the future. Otherwise, I will be forced to escalate this issue to higher authorities.

الكول سنتر لم يكن سريع ولا بروفيشنال لمجرد اخذ موعد لوالدي ذوي الهمم...عملتها قضية خصوصية و اخرتني مع اني اعطيتها اسمه بالكامل و رقم الموبايل و كان من الممكن ان تطلب احضار الهوية الرسمية وقت الموعد لكنها عقدت الامور بدل ما تساعد . احتجت الموعد بسرعة و لم ترضى الا بعد تفاصيل الهوية كاملة و لم ارى الى الان احد يصمم على كل هذا و كانني خرقت الخصوصية لمجرد اخذ موعد.اكسبيرينس غير مرضي ابدا مع الكول سنتر و ساضطر للاتصال في وقت اخر او الذهاب به لمستشفى اخر للسرعة

I was really satisfied with SEHA as they are taking charge of baby’s vaccination. Today I went to the hospital first time without appointment bcz I missed the appointment 2 days back. I went to the baby’s portion JUST TO ASK if it’s okay to wait for 1 month for my baby’s 6 month vaccination as my baby already turned 7 months… Literally no one was interested to talk to me… the attendants in blue uniform literally ignored me, I kept asking my questions & she walked away. so disappointed 😔 both of the attendants literally hurt me 💔

Call centre cannot answer my question - where can I get flu vaccine, nasal spray without eggs protein ?

I was reported positive on 13th Jan 2021. Information got from SEHA was to goto any SEHA Centre in the emirate of AUH to do the confirmatory test. When I visited Madinat Zayed, the securities treated me like I am having a contagious disease and informed me to goto Mina Zayed port only for the confirmatory test. After 5 days, received a call from SEHA Personnel, complaint to the person but no actions taken. Went for the next test on 21st Jan 2021 at Al Manhal screening Centre as that is the only test centre available in Abu Dhabi City for COVID Test for those reported positive. The person who contacted me earlier never informed me on this matter. Reported Negative and went for the second test today at the same screening Centre because that is the only test Centre in the city for those reported positive. Asking me to pay AED 50.00, I am ready to pay this money but why I have to do the test at this screening Centre only???? I can't go to anywhere else to do the second test and this is the only Centre available to do the confirmatory test. Not happy at all as the person has to travel a lot/ stand in the queue for more than 2 hours to do the test... Me and my wife is living here for the past 8 years, myself being here in this country for the past 14 and half years. We are fully satisfied with the life here. But the above mentioned complaint who will sort out? Top management of the Authority should clearly give guidelines to the staff working under them. Not satisfied at all, the way they handle the people who are psychologically down during this Pandemic. Looking forward for the response from Authority. Why I wrote here is in the SEHA App, it is mentioned I can contact between 7am to 5pmon Sunday but no one is receiving the complaint. Also no feedback/ support from 8001717, Estijaba when I reported this complaint... Hope this will be notified by Authority and actions taken on this will be notified to me. Will not be given 1 star but i dont have any other option. Best Regards Sajith

I booked a DPI test last month through their app and paid 100aed for two people. However, I had to cancel the appointment. I did not get an option to do a refund through their app so I called their number. Didn't get an option for requesting refunds over the phone. I was not able to speak to any live rep at all. So I sent them an email and attached screenshots of the transaction with the QR codes. I still didn't get any response from them until now. Also, their app still does not let me sign up. It is saying the that number on file is not correct. I tried all the numbers I have including my work phone number, I even used my boss's number, and it still didn't go through. I checked the reviews online and apparently, there are hundreds of us having the same issue. Lol. What a system. I did eventually got to do a PCR test with them and I got the results within 10 hrs.

I Visited Al Ain Convention Center yesterday to get Pfizer as my booster shot. I have got an appointment through SEHA app. I travelled all the way from Dubai (2 Hr. Driving) after taking PCR test (110AED) and reached there in time. The gentleman at the entrance asked me to comeback tomorrow as I was Covid positive on June10th and you can take vaccine only at July 10th. My first question was, Then how did SEHA allowed me to book an appointment? Why this information didn't mentioned while booking an appointment? I explained the gentleman that I am coming all the way from Dubai after taking PCR test. He was kind enough to let me in also warned me that Doctor may not give me vaccine. I went inside, and the Ladies sitting at the reception asked me for my VISA. (in the app, it says to carry Al hosn app only). I said, I have no copy of the Visa, I have my Emirates ID and Al hosn app. They insisted me to show the Visa. Then they told me only Al ain or Abu Dhabi Visa are allowed to take vaccine. I told them, I am holding an another Emirates Visa. They asked me to go back, I cannot get vaccine here. I asked them where all these are written or informed ? They keep silent on that question and doesn't seem to be bothered to answer my question. I asked again and again but they were busy chatting in whatsapp. The funniest part is, I told the ladies that, I need to file a complaint on this to a person in charge. Their reply was, "We are in charge, you can complain to us" !!!! Now, my question are. 1. If I am not eligible to get vaccine, why do my appointment request didn't get rejected at first place? 2. All of these rules and information are not written and not informed anywhere? A person traveling from other emirates need to go there after spending the money and hours of driving to know that, we are ineligible to get vaccine? 3. If we make a call to SEHA, always... always answering machine talk to you. There is another number to call direct, but if it's the luckiest day in your life, your call "MAY ANSWERED". I was not lucky enough. All in all for me, A day wasted, Money wasted. Such a "WONDERFULL" experience during the pandemic!!!!! Note: SEHA is ten thousand years behind DHA on Quality, Service, Responsibility, Credibility... Learn from Dubai.

Seha is one of the very reputed healthcare providers ever and run by the government. That is totally fine and well said, but when you try to get in touch with them through the hotline 800 50 or the landline. They keep on saying "your call is important to us" where in it never ever is. To get connected it takes 30 to 45 mins and the executive puts the call on hold and then disconnect it. I would pity the services and is requesting someone responsible for this to work on this asap as it is being extremely disappointing and they're actually failing in helping people in need.

مستشفى سلمي لإعادة التأهيل فرع كبار السن والبالغين بأبو ظبي ،خدمة سيئة وممارسات خطيرة جدا علي المرضي تفتقد الامانة واي اخلاقيات وأملك كل الادلة علي ذلك. $يحرمون او يأخرون بعض الادوية المهمة والاساسية عن المرضي بحجة غلو ثمنها وينتظرون الاذن من الإدارة الغير طبية(مسؤولة المشروع) بصرفه لايام او اسابيع وللاسف تكون تدهورت حالة المريض او حدثت مضاعفات. $ كل ما يهمهم هو المال ، ستلاحظ سلوك ال case manager (التي تتلقي الآلاف لكل حالة تدخلها لسلمي)وحرصهم علي موافقتك لدخول مريضك ومدحهم المبالغ فيه في مستشفاهم وخدماتهم الغيرموجودة!!.ويبذلون اقصي جهد لعدم أوتأجيل خروج المريض (فاليوم بحدود عشرة الآلاف درهم)حتي وان تحسنت حالته بحج واهية كاجتماعات وموافقات ومواعيد او وجود ادوية منومة ومرخية للعضلات. $ لا يوجد اطباء مختصون ، فقط طبيب(عام)واحد يقضي الليل او24ساعة مع 55مريض ، اكثر من نصفهم علي اجهزة تنفس صناعي او يحتاجون عناية مركزة $لا يوجد تمريض كافي ،فقط ممرض او ممرضة واحدة لكل 4 مرضي، مما يقلل جودة الخدمة او خطورة تهدد حياته مثل السقوط او انفصال جهاز التنفس الصناعي. $ فقط فني علاج تنفسي واحد لل 55 مريض ويتم إرساله لمهام خارجية وترك المرضي. $يرسل المريض لخارج المستشفي لنقل الدم!! $قبول الحالة ودخولها يعتمد علي موافقة الإدارة الغير طبية ( مسؤولة تنسيق الحالات مع مسؤولة المشروع) يعتمد على سكور التغطية التأمينية( الاموال)لا علي تقييم الاطباء ، ويتم احيانا التلاعب كجعله يحتاج تنفس صناعي والخ....للحصول علي سكور اعلي وبالتالي مال اكثر.

Very bad experience, The covid-19 test result took too long to get out, the problem is I had an emergency case and I needed the test after 24 hours exactly the 24 hours was already completed, I called seha many times, no one is giving me a solution from seha and there is only one contact number and the costumers service wasn’t helpful at all, they doesn’t even have direct contact with seha!! The first time to take covid19 test with seha and it will be the last.. disappointed

Invoice sent to me is password protected. i am unable to see my invoice i paid for my PCR test at Ajman. no instruction given or password communicated by SEHA. no response from 800 50. after waiting for 45 mins. call discoonected twice. no response to emails.

I got vaccinated both VPS and SEHA, only the vaccine given by the VPS shown in my AL HOSN application which was my second dose and t'was taken January 27, 2021. Unfortunately SEHA vaccine which was taken first dose last January 4, 2021 still not updated up to date in my application. Since that then I've been calling 80050 and its keeping me to wait for almost 1 hour and suddenly your call will disconnected because of technical error. For the god's sake please help me to update it. I need it in my work place.

SEHA customer service is AWFUL, they say they will call back and they never do. My mom is senior and has covid, we've been calling SEHA to report the case, it's been 5 days since we called for the first time and they still haven't done anything, they are supposed to pick her up and take her to the hospital since we don't own a car. She's not allowed to take a taxi or bus while being positive but SEHA does not do anything to take her. We are stuck at home without knowing if me and my sister are positive since we've been experiencing symptoms. We don't know what to do.

I called call center for information about underage vaccination. They said there’s nothing need in advance and when I flew Dubai to Abu Dhabi just to get vaccinated. They refused to give vaccine because my parents and guardian are in Dubai. I called them before I fly to Abu Dhabi just to make sure I don’t waste my money and time and this still happen. I asked them what my guardian can do, they replied all they can do is to come with me with passport. I live with my aunt as she’s my guardian. When I come with my aunt they still ask me for my parents. What if I don’t have parents, are they just gonna let me affect covid-19?

This place is a disaster, did my son's PCR test and tried calling the whole day to ask assistance with getting the certificate. No one answers, tells you you are important, please wait, then there is 2 customers in line, please wait and all of a sudden at 16:01 you get cut off with a message saying working hours up to 16:00 please call before working hours. Absolutely pathetic service from a govt. run organization. I called from 10 am to 4 pm non stop and never got through, makes me wonder of there's anyone working to solve clients issues or they really don't care.

I went for my PCR test drive thru in seha manal area khalidiya, we wait in line for 1 hrs and stuff is very slow, not organised and no coordination with security. First bad experience at this place. Previously i have been to seha drive thru in medina zayed, zayed sport, and corniche they are really very well organised
